The hotel location is very good. Just next by Xi Men Ting.

The hotel is old and the staff is too busy to help.

Absolutely great. Friendly staff, spacious, clean and comfortable room, great location, simple but tasty breakfast, etc. We don't mind, in fact we like the idea to pass the room key to reception everytime we go out because I don't need to worry about losing it or carry extra weigh in our bag. Highly recommended. (Please take note that they only provide internet via modem. There is no wifi)

Environment is better than those budget stay.. Worth paying a bit more for bigger space

Have been there 3time (yearly trip to TW), every time no issue with payment... Always settle payment with credit card once check in.. But this time dun understand why some staff insist I settle with cash, n delays my settle after two days post check in...

Location is perfect, 3 mins walk to metro, restaurants and shops right downstairs. Wifi is fine.

1) The first room on 7/f was super noisy - I thought I was sleeping on the street as the traffic downstairs was very busy, I was surprised no other people mention about this on their comments... The next morning they gave us another quad room which is slightly more quiet (but still if you are a light sleeper you should reconsider. 2) We were told by their booking hotline that all premier quad rooms come with a sofa, it was important for us as we are 4 adults with a baby, we need somewhere for the baby to sleep in, but in the 2nd quad room the sofa was not available.. 3) We asked for extra towels (for the baby) but was told they have none (what?!) 4) Check in was not available until after 3pm, they offered space for lugguages but it was not very convinient for us with a baby.

We paid for vip suite, so room came with sauna and jacuzzi.

1) The breakfast is very poor. Mostly untasty Chinese food, no western food except bread and jam only. No juice at all. So should stay without breakfast included. 2）Bed is hard to sleep on, but asked cleaning lady and she gave extra comforter as requested.

Good location, 5 mins to XMD station and is in the centre of shopping district. Friendly and helpful staffs. Value for $.

Poor wireless access. Not sure if it due to me staying at the top level.

Room is pretty old. No smile on the receptionist's face. The room is very dark even when light is on.

- breakfast: choice of eggs, ham, congee, vegetables, toast - unlimited coffee and tea - location was great: walking distance to modern toilet restaurant

- the shower head was too low - the room/ place smelled like smoke (but there was no signs of smoking ie no cigarette burns of buds)

Easy access to ximen mrt.

Air condition in quad room was really weak that we needed a fan throughout our 6days 5nights stay.

Very convenient as the MRT station is a few minutes walk away. Lots of eateries in the area and a nice place to walk and shop around the MRT station area.

The location is great! Just two minitues walk to train station. One stop away from the main station for high speed train for long distance. The staff help me to arrange transport to airport.

I stated at room 609. Not able to receive WiFi in my room, even opened the room door. I have to sit at the corridor to get the WiFi. Approached the staff for help, but they said that there is no customer complaint about this, I am the only one have that problem. Approached the staff to make a call to inform my tour agent about my room number but the staff asked us to do it ourselves. The staff may need more training in handling customer.

There could have been more variety in the breakfast.

The staff is very kind and very helpful, and very friendly espacially with children.

I would have enjoyed fruits for breakfast. Breakfast is like a lunch, but I think it is the way taiwanese people like it.

we like this hotel, comfortable room, clean, nice area, mrt is nearby, lots of food and places nearby. good for the budget.

Excellent location, just 5 mins away from Ximen MRT Station. However, it might be difficult to find the hotel the first time as it's tucked away in a quiet alley - take Exit 1 and walk straight until you see a restaurant called Taipei/Taiwan Dairy, then take a straight left and the hotel should be in front of you. We booked a quadruple room and it was fairly large. Wi-fi, electric kettle, TV and everything you can expect in a standard business hotel were there. Bathroom was spacious and clean, and so were the beds. Daily breakfast was standard, your usual variety of egg & ham sandwiches, sausages etc. The variety on weekends is a tad better. Something that really impressed me was the helpful receptionist. We arrived very early on our first day and she tried to expedite the check-in process, gave us tips around Taipei and was very kind to us.

There were VERY few power sockets in the room. We had to unplug the electric kettle and hairdryer to charge our electronics. Also, the walls are not very soundproof so sometimes you can hear weird banging against the wall...

Location was near to XMD MRT.

1) Room had the sound of water dripping constantly 2) Had to deposit the keys whenever we head out 3) Wanted help in calling the bus company to book tickets to the airport but was told that they couldnt do it. They offered to book the tickets for me to the same company but charged me 40TWD more per ticket. Otherwise, book myself. 4) Not worth the price. Can get better hotels elsewhere.

Good location, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included in price was a bonus.
