Great location - close to MRT, Red House, good coffee/breakfast place called Fong Da Coffee, next door to Ximending, Taipei's Harajuku. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free good coffee and tea.

Room was really small with thin wall; coluld hear everything. Room had an old computer for no apparent reason. Weird blue light all around,with very disturbing blue LED light from smoke detector.

dirty...dirty...really dirty. room is dirty, lobby carpet is dirty,tiolet is dirty. WIFI suddenly fail in run...whole night no internet....never come back

The location because it near ximending night market

- the room is too small - cannot choose the theme that I wish to stay -breakfast limit to TWD50 per person which only can eat sandwich and a cup of coffee/tea

- Clean room - Convenient location (5 mins to Ximen Station) - Budget - Nice staff (not talk to much) - Wheelchair and disabilities friendly

Staff are friendly, very helpful,hotel very clean,has common dinning area with coffee n tea making facilities,microwave,very very good.Staffs are so fruendly and attendedto.complain immediately.5 star recommendation.

Nothing except that it is near the subway.

The room was far too small and the walls were made of thin cardboards which is very noisy. Not enough space to move around or to put luggage. Not recommended if you are on a holiday or if u r staying for more than a night.

Location and staff are friendly . Coffee n tea machine for free drinks. Will stay there again. Toiletries were given daily n rooms clean daily. Spacious for family room.

No closet, cabinet and place to hang cloth in d room and toilet. Bed sheet not change.

Big time Bad experience! When we arrived at the hotel, we were given 2 family rooms (101 & 102) which we booked for. These rooms were just next to the lobby reception counter. Initially, we did not mind that at all. When the night comes, it became clear. The noise were so loud from people walking around and talking and laughing loudly throughout the night and lasted till the next morning when the staff started working and talking and guests checking out. The walls were so thin as they are made of plywood and the noise appears like as if they are right in front of me and I could not sleep. Around 10am after shower, found that the hairdryer not working. So I decided to request for a room change. The counter staff was nice to offer me another same room across the next building. I took a check and took the offer to do the change room. Room 110, its bigger and cleaner and the hairdryer is working but no hangers or whatsoever for us to hang our clothings. We had to place our clothings everywhere in the room. Upon arrival, there is a basket with towels, drinking water, a pack of toiletries and slippers on the each bed. Worse of all, there WERE NO housekeeping the whole of my 3 nights stay and no REPLENISHMENT at all. I had to buy my own toiletries from nearby 7-eleven. At night, the sound of the rain drops were so loud just outside the tiny window and within the toilet and I went to check it out. It was because of the acrylic sheet outside created the splattered noise so loud that the whole night I couldnt sleep again. 3rd night thinking I could sleep better as there were no rain that night but instead there were rats running around on the ceiling above my room above my bed. The plywood ceiling again is thin and I could hear the noise so clear and it lasted from around 5 am till 6+am. It was terrible stay.

It's quite near and conveniently located at the MRT and also there is free laundry where i can wash and also dry my cloth everyday...very helpful And i appreciate the first day while i was there as i am early and they provided me a complimentary room so my family can rest while waiting till afternoon for my room to be ready....really appreciated on that as it's raining

Don't have access of a computer althought they have wireless recommended that they have a computer so traveller like me that do not bring the lap top can access a computer

very friendly staff, very convenient location

The Location is really great. In a vibrant area, next to a market and many restaurants and stores. It is close to a metro station , which is very good for any traveller that wants to get around by public transport and speaks no chinese. The staff was helpful even though they did not speak much english. I had a desktop pc in my room. Cleanliness was good.

I could not exchange money in the hotel (but there was a bank nearby) The staff spoke very little english (but were helpful and very kind). The room had no windows (which I later learned is not so uncommon in the densly populated Taipei)

Location is very good....about 10-15 minutes walk/stroll from Exit 1 of Ximen Station. The Hotel looks recently renovated and looks fairly modern, clean and bright. The room comes with free PC and Internet and this is very useful for travellers! Each room has been painted a different theme and so no one room is alike.

The smaller room can be rather cramped for space, especially if it's double sharing. I actually requested for a room with window, and it is more spacious. Downside? We did not take into account the greenhouse effect from the summer heat and despite the aircon, the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy from the wide window, which emits heat long after the sun has set. (On the other hand, this should be good for winter!)

西門駅からのアクセスが容易なので、台北市内を観光するのに便利でした。フロントも感じ良かったです。 テレビでNHKが映り .wi-fiもよく飛んでいました。

但し部屋は二人だと荷物を拡げるスペースも無い。

位置绝佳，就在西门町最繁华的地方，服务也很好。

房间较小，浴室跟房间基本直接联通，很潮，屋里也有个警报器的灯总在亮着蓝光

WIFI速度快的惊人，达到了24M，非常开心，早餐是包给隔壁的牛乳大王吃的，一份面包或三民治加喝的，- 离西门地铁站也近，离红楼、总统府也近，周边吃的喝的购物都有，离台北车站一站路，从机场过来会有接驳车送- 到西门，很方便

房间太小了，人都转不开身

服务很好，环台湾前把行李放在店里了。位置好，捷运西门站西门红楼出口往西，只用5分钟，途中路过的蜂大咖- 啡可以试一试，下午人较多，早餐套餐100台币。出门右转路口左边能看到廖嬌米粉湯的大牌子，这家的卤肉饭- 和猪脚不错。

房间较旧，卫生条件一般，实际与网站图片有一定差距

預訂前沒有提醒客房沒有窗戶，房間煙味相當重。位置很好很棒。不介意煙味的可以住。 We are not advised there's NO window in the room. We are breathing the smoke for the whole stay. Location is good though. Smokers can take it:)

我住的那間房浴間有D開放,全玻璃門只有中間一少段磨沙紙,感覺浴間太開放了,想有私人洗澡空間
