性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。

Jimei Homestay is a comfortable and well-designed property located in the Jian, overlooking the mountains and farms. Just a 10-minute drive from Ziqiang Night Market, it also provides free Wi-Fi and free wired internet. Free parking is available. Jimei Homestay is a 10-minute drive from Hualien Train Station and a 20-minute drive from Hualien Airport. Nanbin Park is 1.9 mi away, while Taruko National Park is a 30-minute drive away. It only takes 10 minutes by car to Hualien City. Guests can arrange day trips or tour excursions at the tour desk. The daily breakfast is served in the dining area.
