KDM Hotel  

The staff are all very knowledgeable and location is really very very convenient.

The room had a stale smell, the Queen size bed creaked, the room wasn't vaccuumed or cleaned thoroughly each night. Other than the staff and location being great, I would reconsider coming back.

The KDM Hotel is located only 20 feet from the Metro Station; this subway (rapid transit system) will bring you to every corner of the New Taipei City. You can buy an EasyCard at all the Metro Stations and almost all of the convenient stores. The EasyCard can be used for riding both the subway trains and buses. The airport bus (Evergreen Transit Corp) station is just across the street, and the one way bus fair is less than US $6.00. You pay at least five times of that amount for a taxi ride to the airport. The buses are new, luxurious, comfortable and safe. From 5:00 am to midnight, the buses run continuously every 20 minutes. I stayed at the KDM Hotel many times for its great location. The free breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel workers are very friendly.

The bath room is clean and adequate but showing signs of "aging."

Location

(1) The room does not smell fresh. (2) You may want to change your bath towels, bedsheet, pillow cases in the room. (3) Amenities not replaced daily, e.g. had to ask for shower caps when they run out.

The location is convenient. The price is reasonable.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is fair. The food of the restaurant has limited choice.

The location is great especially if you're coming from Taoyuan Internatl airport because the Evergreen bus has a stops at zhongsiao Xinseng metro which is across the hotel area(5 mins walk). It's easy to travel from the hotel to any destination because the metro is just beside the hotel.There is free coffee and bottled water in the room provided for guests. The bed is comfortable and it's a quiet area though it's just alongside a busy street.

Just minor- the breakfast, food is not varied and palatable according to my taste.

Very convenient, situated beside exit of Zhongxiao Xinsheng mrt.

Hotel is very old, interior furnishings of the 80s. Poor service by the staff, not helpful and even told me to use a public phone when I asked to make a local call to the taxi company. Other than location, nothing of praise.

Spacious room, hot water, wireless was working, good price, near public transport. Easy to reach from the airport by taking the shuttle bus (at the back of the airport), pay 150 Taiwan dollars and get off the 9th stop (busno. 1201/1202). Near McDonalds and PizzaHut. Ac was working.

The hotel was a bit in an old fashioned style, but still decent!

Location is next to mrt station. Very convenient but not an ideal hotel for a comfort stay to recommend to my friend in future because aircon is poor, service is not good not friendly.. TQ

Great staff good location!

The staff were very willing to help and they spoke good english. I booked a twin room, the room was a little old but everything was clean and it had a good location. Breakfast was very simple but I was not at all bothered. For the price we paid, it was a very good hotel and would go back there again.

This hotel is in a front of the underground station, and is very convenient for sightseeing. A blackout occurred, but recovered immediately. The hot water and water come out so nice.

The basement restaurant for breakfast is not clean. There were several cockroaches there. The cleaning of the room is not tidy. Popcorn was scattered on the floor when we were entering the room. The combat(cockroach killer) was in the closet. The slippers were dirty, and it was impossible to use. The hotel manual was covered with dust.
