30 minutes walk to 101 and when there is rain you can borrow umbrella free of charge

I stayed two nights but no cleaning was provided

We booked a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It was very nice and clean. The apartment also comes with a kitchen with big fridge some cookware, and a living room. So it's a perfect place if you have children or a big family travels together. The hotel's very near to the metro system, about 3 minutes walk.

It is more of a service apartment so it doesn't have pool, doesn't offer breakfast or meal services. And there are not many decent restaurants or eataries nearby.

peaceful, comfortable, helpful staff. I felt at ease. In town I go by tube, and the hotel is ideal for that. I was in Taipei for business and leisure.

nothing to complain. Taxidrivers and foreigners may not immediately recognize the building as a hotel and drive by. (But it was no problem for me, as I came by foot)

Size, Price and Place

Has a feeling like stay at home.

This is a nice and convenient location yet a comfortable size apartment for extended stay in the city for a family. We have two teenage girls and a baby boy with us and it helps to be able to come "home" and chill out as well as to have cooking, dining and laundry all taken care of conveniently. A good selection of 100 plus tv channels and wireless internet helps us feel at home quickly. We suspect that there are many long term stayers at this apartment, and the tenants seemed international, from caucasians, Japanese, Mainland Chinese, Taiwanese and the likes. Towel changes daily, business centre and conference rooms below, Christmas decorations, 100 metres from the mrt. Good stay.

Toilet is big with rain shower, toilet seat cover is heated. Warm air is being installed above the shower which is a big 'plus'. Good security. I stayed at a 2 Bedroom apartment and it is exactly as shown in photos. It is big and clean. Highly recommended for family.

Two rooms for the price of one! Comfortable and quiet, with convenient MRT nearby.

The kitchen could be better equipped - at least one saucepan and frying pan would be handy(!) Rather dark apartment, even in the middle of the day.

I liked the large space of the apartment. We and my two young girls were able to have separate rooms. We also got a living room, a dinning room and a kitchen. I also liked the washing machine so that we could wash our clothes. In one world, we were able to have all the convenience and the space we have at home while traveling.

Since it is not in the center of the city, it might not be easy to find restaurant, but for me who speak Mandarin, it was not a problem.

The room area is very big enough for whole family relex, the equipment is very well.

No clean service and supplyment of toilet tissue.

Furniture and household goods are good enough. Room is kept quiet. We relaxed as if we were at home. We all want to get back.

the water supply from shower rather weak, talk longer time to wash your hair !! Room cleaning should be at least once every 2 - 3 days, I stay there for six days, only changing of towels but no room make up for 6 days !

We chose this hotel (more like an apartment) to have a two-bedroom unit when traveling with our 21-yr old son. Our unit had a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a twin bed, full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size fridge, and washing machine. We hung clothes outside to dry in area designed for this purpose (like everyone does in Taipei) or a coin-operated dryer is available. Comfortable beds, free WiFi Internet. Fitness center, garden and BBQ facilities on roof. During our 9-day, towels were changed and trash emptied daily. Full cleaning was done once during our stay. Great air conditioning- an oasis in the summer heat. We had a view of Taipei 101. Located 1/2 block from brown line of the MRT with trains every three minutes (really) and a Dunkin Donuts shop (!). Staff very helpful though some have fairly limited English.Close to a local supermarket and a market in "The Mall" that was well stocked with western foods and a French bakery. Room looked exactly as shown on the facility's website. We loved this place!

The carpark charges 300nt a day which is essentially empty.

Location :Conveniently located with the mrt just 2 minutes away. 通化街 is just across the street so food and night market are easy accessible. Cost less than twn$100 for a cab ride to 信义区别 （Taipei 101, Cental Shopping District, att, etc.) Service/Facilities : Counter staff were generally friendly and helpful. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for 3 adults and the other for 2 adults and 2 young children. Facilities within the rooms (kitchen, living room and 2 separate bedrooms) were good as it allowed movements and gatherings. The gym was great with a good view of Taipei 101. Also, great as they have laundry facilities (washing machine and drying balcony).

As this is a service apartment, they only change the towels and clear the rubbish. The place may get a little dirty after 2 days or so. You may need to either do cleaning yourself or pay for their cleaning service.

The Hotel is Great, if you look to have space just as in your on apartment that is the place. Decoration really good, but there is no food service, if you need something to eat staff will help you to order by phone, anyway besides that is really great, next time I go to Taipei definitely this will be the place for me.
