Excellent staff and service, lovely, modern public areas (rare in Taipei), free wireless through the hotel (though a bit slow) The business center didn't have a laser printer (but the excellent staff did eventually print the necessary documents on the hotel's own printer). |

great design, great location (subway station literally right next door), room and amenities, great bathroom (esp. heated toilet seat), welcome fruits; breakfast is divine bathroom tiles and cabinets in the room are a little tired; time for enhancement; price is slightly steep now that more boutique hotels of similar services have sprung up around town |

The breakfast service was excellent. Staff were attentive and accomodating and the spread was varied and ample Certain front desk staff were not very communicative and could not suggest any interesting local/non-tourist places of interest which we could visit. They were nonetheless always polite as such, I believe language (english) limitations may have been the main problem for them |

The thoughtful touches that made my stay seem very personal, such as the staff offering to introduce me to the common facilities upon check-in, and offering a bottle of mineral water upon checking out. I also enjoyed the piped-in music in the bathroom; the heated WC seat; the super-comfortable mattress and pillows; and the ability to take your breakfast anywhere within the lounge... the list goes on! |

部屋のフロアーがスリッパを履く必要のないくらいきれいに磨かれていた。部屋がやや狭くラゲージは床に広げ- て使わなければならないのは歩行も不便だし見栄えが良くない。タオルの大きなのが4枚以上備えてあるのは気- 前が良い。 朝食のラウンジはコーヒーか紅茶そして水くらいはスタッフが聞いて運んでもいいのではないか？他のホテルの- クラブラウンジがそうしているように。運ぶのに慣れていない客がヨチヨチ運んでいるのにシステムだから客が- やるものと決めて何も用がなく立っているだけなのに動こうとしない。親切なのは形だけだとわかり、良かった- 評価がいっぺんにさめた。朝食を只で食べさしていると勘違いしている。歩行者は入れないのだから朝食は宿泊- 料に入っている。 |

口コミ情報からこのホテルを選びましたが、本当にとてもいいホテルでした。入口が狭く最初不安でしたが、ス- タッフの方の応対も感じがよく、お部屋も清潔で広く、毎日水のボトルを置いて下さり、又ホテルからの日帰り- ツアー参加時にも水のボトルをいただきました。帰国便が早朝でモーニングコールをお願いすると、朝食が取れ- ないのでサンドイッチを用意すると言って下さり、本当にお遍路宿のような温かさとおもてなしで感激しました- 。また台湾に来る機会があればぜひここに泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。最高です！！ |

MRTの駅からとても近いのに、とても静かでお洒落なホテルです。室内も、スーペリアダブルでしたが、広く- インテリアも高級感があり落ち着きました。朝食は、品数は大ホテルより少ないけど、毎日少しずつ変わり、美- 味しく食べ過ぎます。一日中、スナック、お茶が自由に飲めるのがいいですね。 洗面所のシンクは、水が飛び散りやすく、機能面がもうひとつでした。室内は、ウーロン茶があるのですが、コ- ーヒー、紅茶も置いてほしかったです。 |

地下鉄から2分という立地でどこに行くにも便利だった。にもかかわらず、エレベーターに部屋のカードキーが- 必要なため、宿泊者以外は客室エリアには入れないようになっており、セキュリティも万全。朝食に野菜やフル- ーツがたくさん用意されており、野菜不足になりがちな旅行中には嬉しい。サラダのドレッシング(バルサミコ- )がとても美味しかった。 シャワーブースがガラス張りで密閉されないので、洗面やトイレの方に水漏れする点が使い辛かった。デザイン- 重視なのでしょうが…… |

空港へのピックアップに始まりスマートな対応でした。また利用したいと思いました。 宿泊している客の子供を怒鳴る声や、その子供が泣き叫ぶ声が毎晩聞こえてきてうるさかった。幼児の宿泊を制- 限しているホテルもあり、ここもそうしたらどうか。 |

非常に快適でした。場所も不便ではないです。ＭＲＴも近い。また利用したいです。日本の方も多く利用してい- ました。 英語は話せたほうがいいです。日本ではないので、当然ながら全職員が日本語を話せるわけではないです。これ- は悪かった点と言うより、当然のことと考えています。 |

どんな高級ホテルでも、廊下やレストランでの宿泊客の声は気になるものですが、このホテルでは不快な思いは- 一度もしませんでした。ホテル自体の雰囲気が、宿泊客に静かに過ごすよう促しているのだと思います。また是- 非利用したいと思います。 気になったのは1点だけ。トイレットペーパーのホルダーが、体をひねらないと取れない位置にありました。そ- のほかは素晴らしいホテルでした。 |

MRTの南京東路駅から１分の所にあるビジネス向きの小さなホテルですが、清潔感のある設備、おいしい朝食- 、ホテルスタッフの対応の素晴らしさなど、お勧めできます。特に英語の出来る個人旅行者にはお勧めできるホ- テルです。 |
