L'extrême gentillesse du personnel et un hôtel extraordinarement calme et reposant

The rooms were lovely and the service impeccable. They had an excellent breakfast and the hotel is steps from the mrt (metro). The staff is helpful in every way. I would recommend without hesitation.

Stylish, small, v nice staff, calm and soothing ambience

Most of my meetings were north of the river, so it was a longer cab or metro ride than if I had stayed in that area.

The safe in the room was not working Air-conditioning too cold and cannot be adjusted.

We love all the extra amenities---complimentary fast wifi,nespresso machine/complimentary bottled water/fresh platter of fruits daily in the room,the mobile phone, the breakfast spread, the 24 hours cookies/coffee/tea,the spa like atmosphere with the aroma of citronella wafting as soon as you enter the premises,our bathroom's rain shower,the fast check-in and check-out,the mrt just a step away, with lots of restaurants around,tours can be arranged by concierge,etc But more so for the over all staff service---efficient and personalize.An umbrella will be readily handed to you at doorstep when it is raining.On our 2nd day, I left one of my wallet at the sofa inside the room and when we came back, nothing was amiss.One time I accidentally stepped on one of the citronella candles in the lounge, I was apologizing but they were more concerned if I hurt myself.They readily lent me an extension cord when I asked for one for my cpap machine.And now we're home they emailed me to say that housekeeping found a receipt and some medicines in the room we occupied and if we would like to arrange posting or should they keep it until our next return. That is what I call great service! Big chain hotels will never bother with such small things.

There's nothing not to like about this hotel but maybe a few additional lights to brighten up the room for easy reading to those with bad eyesight ;) On the other hand, I enjoyed the mood lighting----very relaxing and spa-like!

I liked everything about this Hotel, such as the location, a few steps next to metro staion, hence, shopping is easily reached by metro. Across the road is a building of restaurants, the hotel is very clean, staff are helpful & polite, Nice clean room with many amenities such as coffee maker/hot water , bidet. The included breakfast is superb, and lastly but not least is the free Wi-Fi, and a gym. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys comfort & convenience. I'd saty here again

スタッフのアット・ホームな雰囲気や、大手のホテルチェーンのようなつまらなさがなくてよかったです。 欲を言えばもっと台湾カラーが欲しかったかな。 日本にいるのと全然かわらない快適さが、旅情的にはマイナスかもしれません。 しかし、ロケーションもホテルのサイズもちょうど過ごしやすいもので、 全体的には大満足です。

台湾情緒が足りないかな

Mrtの駅からも近く、タクシーも気軽に利用できる。ホテル内の施設も充実しており、スタッフも日本語がで- きる人も多く、相談にものってくれるので滞在- 中に困ることはない。

フロントに客が多い時に捌き切れなくなり、タクシーの手配にずいぶん手間取ったことがあった。

シックな内装で自宅のように落ち着いて滞在できました。ジュニアスイートにアップグレードされていた部屋も- 大変満足。スタッフも親切でした。次の台北滞在も絶対このホテルにします。

朝食は量も内容も全然問題ないですが、混雑している時間帯には気をつけてください。ソファーみたいな椅子で- 食べていた方もいました。また、南京東路の地下鉄からすぐな立地は問題ないのですが、まわりに特にこれと言- った遊べるところや食べるところがない事が欠点でしょうか？

ホテルのおすすめのタイ式マッサージ店をフロントを通じて前日に予約しておいたが、マッサージ店が予約時間- を勝手に変更して受けられなかった。

員工很親切熱心. 早餐好吃. 環境優雅舒服

只是不喜歡晚上會有看上去有點不良的份子聚集在外面.

チェックアウトした後も荷物を数時間保管してもらえたこと。

部屋が寒かったこと。一回ロビーに伝えたのだが、改善が見られなかった。
