Les Suites Taipei-Ching Cheng  

The location is perfect, it is only 2 minutes walking to the Subway station.

The building itself is getting a bit old, they should start thinking about renovation anytime soon.

My second stay in this hotel and I will be back. very good location, next to metro and airport bus stop. Rooms dark but with nice design and all amenities you may expect from an hotel of this category. Staff very professional. The small garden is a pleasure for breakfast or a drink. Variety and quality of the breakfast of high level. One of the best options in Taipei.

Common areas and rooms are a bit too dark. Hotel very close to other buildings nearby but this is the case of most hotels in central Taipei.

Excellent location; very near to to MTR station, mall and lots of restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel is very good! Staff were all very helpful and nice. We would stay again at Les Suites Taipei-Ching Cheng when we go back to Taipei!

If there is any complaint, it would be the centralized airconditioner which we had a hard time gettng it to cool properly.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to everything from metro to restaurant.

The common area and the size of the room is very small. It is more on the expensive size considering the size of the room.

Attentiveness to details and excellent service rendered. Breakfast served was great and love the bathroom with all the thoughtful details:)

5+ star hotel. Excellent rooms and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, particularly for couples.

No wireless internet. Cable internet in room did not always work and as a result had to change room. Hotel would be perfect if they thought to add wifi in all areas. Food and drink in the hotel prohibitive expensive, even for a 5 star hotel. Also they charge a cover charge for hotel residents sitting in the hotel bar when there is live music. This is unacceptable. Despite the above I would still recommend this hotel warmly.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The facilities are excellent, good breakfast service and "happy hour" nibbles and drinks a real boon after a hard day's visitng Taipei.

We stayed at a suite for 3 nights and completely blown away by the service. The hotel has classic modern decor which sits well with us. They are thoughtful in their execution of features and services, eg free martinis and some wine on weeknights, all day free coffee and little snacks like mini macaroons, little cakes and some fruits. I love the lounge/library area where you can just sit and hv coffee. Free use of many computers. Even a free mobile phone that allows you to surf the net as you are traveling around! Oh they even hv a ceiling radiator in the bathroom so you dont get cold after showering, and the butt-warming toilet seat best for cold weather! Fantastic location too with a tube/subway station at doorstep. They even checked on the taxi driver to make sure we got to our destination!

Would stay again, nothing that we didn't like!

- Cozy intimate hotel with comfortable public areas, lounge and garden, and happy hour. - Excellent breakfast menu (try the smoked salmon pancakes or poached egg on asparagus). - Very welcoming staff. - Excellent location to stroll around in small park and squares, full of local restaurants (they all speak a bit of English or have an English menu), and experiencing the real Chinese life. - Good jazz radio tuned in the room. - Of course, fast and free internet and decent gymn.

Not really dislike, just some note: - Regular rooms are small for long stays or couples. Avoid the corner rooms. - The hotel is a bit dark, some more lights in public areas would be sometimes welcome. - The lobby music can wake you up at 6:30 if you are next to it.... just remind the staff sometimes (well, I stayed 9 nights there). - Not cheap of course.... you know what you pay for.... still much cheaper than some other luxury options. I will be back for sure.

Device and facility are very good

二度目の滞在でしたが,一度目と同じように快適に過ごせました。とにかくスタッフの皆さんのさりげない親切さが本当に心地よいホテ- ルです。MRTの駅まですぐという立地もとても便利。朝食は4泊しましたが,毎日楽しめて,今回も外で朝ごはんという目的が達成できませんでした。部屋のクリーニングも朝食中にいつもきれいにされて- いて感激しました。日本人スタッフさんも入られて,ますます日本人にとって利用しやすいホテルになったのではないでしょうか。

全くありませんが,料金がさらに安くなると嬉しいです。

安静，舒适，free wifi,亲切

房间较小，浴室却蛮大的，而且洗脸盆与水笼头的位置有点不合理；漱口杯的设计虽特别但不好用；洗手台下没有- 垃圾桶不方便

Love overall atmosphere of Les Suites - very stylish, cosy and professional, and its very detailed service that delights you from the very first moment you enter the hotel...

Better if they can have oat or whole grains musli for breakfast.

駅から近く、スタッフの対応も親切で良かった。

設備もきちんと整っていて、評判通りだった。これは珍しい。 さらにそれ以上にコンセプトが徹底し、手抜きがなかったのはビジネスライクと親切心に満ち- た対応・。これを維持するのは難しいので、評判に甘えないよう自己鍛錬を続けてもらいたい。ロケーションと- 所在位置を便利と取るか、不便と取るか、表面- 的だないホスピタリティこそ難点を越える術であろう。ともかく今回絶賛。
