Service staffs were very professional and excellent. Hotel room was and clean but mosquito sneaked in during my stay. Just ask reception staff to lend an electric mosquito coil.

Location, Attentive staff, Breakfast, Mobile Air-conditioning would not be set individually in each room as advertised, and would not go below 23c. Sound-proofing between rooms is very poor, you can hear activity and showering from next door a bit too graphically... Not value for money, as a good night's sleep could not be had.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Well positioned for train, shopping, business or pleasure. Comes highly recommended. Power supply in room ran only at 110 watts, difficult to recharge IPad, Iphone, western electrical items.

Overall the hotel service and appearance is excellent. Although it is quite far from the Mrt stations but still a walkable distance. Service staffs are very polite and helpful, cheerful and greet customers every morning. I like! Would go back to this hotel if I am visiting taipei again. Cheers :)

Fantastisch design-hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De details zijn het leukst, zoals de inrichting van de ontbijtzaal. Locatie is de oostelijke wijk Da-an. Ik ben er niet achter gekomen of Taipei echt een "centrum" heeft, een wijk "waar het allemaal gebeurt", maar Da-an zal dat niet zijn; desondanks zit Les Suites dicht genoeg bij de metro en bij hippe disco's als Luxy. Enige probleem was dat ik de airco niet lager dan 23° kreeg, maar als je hem minder hard laat blazen wordt de temperatuur acceptabel. Ook het douchewater kwam niet onder een bepaalde temperatuur; een koude douche zit er (in kamer 709) echt niet in. De staf was heel vriendelijk maar heeft het niet echt op kunnen lossen.

スタッフがとても親切で朝食が美味しかった。 部屋が寒く、ヒーターを持って来てくれたが何度もブレーカーが落ちて使用できなかった。スイートの割に部屋- が狭い。

松山空港や駅、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝなど全てに便利な場所にあるうえに、街中なのに静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でとても良- かったです。ﾗｳﾝｼﾞやﾊﾟｿｺﾝなどの設備も整い本当に快適過ごす事が出来ました。またﾎﾃﾙｽﾀｯﾌ- の方もとても親切でﾀｸｼｰの手配など丁寧に対応して頂きました。またぜひ利用させて頂き！
