Clean rooms and good location

I like the location. 5min walk from the nearest mrt. & 10min walk from ShiDa night market.

We booked the family room n were allocated one on level 6. Not sure whether it was bed buds or dust mite. We itched when we slept on the bed. Hotel can do better.

The staff speak english.they book for me a taxi for the airport for a good price .(1200 ntdollars) they keep m'y lugage when i am in travel . Wifi. Near mrt (métro).

The breakfast was include but we don ´t like it.. Personnal opinion . But you havé the choice.

Hotel is extremely near the MRT. There's a famous night market across the street. Convenience shop and supermarket are within walking distance of about 5mins or less. Bathroom is clean and sufficiently-equipped. Breakfast is good although menu hardly changes. There's free self-laundry. You can ask the staff to help to keep a lookout for the clothes and they will help to put into dryer and bring them to your room when its done.

Room is too cramp for family room. We can hardly walk. Window is too small for sunlight to come in. Air-conditioner is too complex to use.

Even though breakfast area was small, the selection was nice and the food was good. Room was a bit cramped, but all necessary amenities. Bathroom was comfortable, but small.

Good location for transport and night market. Easy to locate the hotel. Child stays for free.

Room quite small. Only 1 key shared among 4 of us. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful in answering my queries and in helping me with my transport arrangements. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast though simple, is good enough for me and my family. The location of the hotel is great. It is very near to Taipower Station and just a few direct stops from Taipei Main Station. It is also close to Shida Night Market and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and ever willing to offer help ( in terms of places to go, directions, etc). Service is also super efficient as we encountered an incident of the safe deposit box being locked out due to our own carelessness. The staff offered immediate attention and followed up for a quick fix. Hotel eludes a very family oriented ambience. Location is good as it is just located outside of exit 4 of Tai power station.

Rooms although new and clean, is pathetically small. We had a family room but there were barely enough space for us to move around, not to mention there is no proper place for luggages. We had to make do with placing the luggages on the floor. Breakfast variety is also very limited.

The staff are generally very polite and considerate. I arrived very early at around 7am and was told that check in time for the weekend is at 6pm. Upon knowing that I needed a room at an earlier time because i have a concert to catch on the same day at 7.30pm, the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate my request despite being fully booked and I got my room around 4.30pm. The night supervisor especially was very thoughtful and engaging, he even gave me a breakfast coupon to rest and have a hot meal upon my arrival and had to wait for the shops to open while the room would be prepared. The hotel is conveniently located near local eats, bakeries, supermarkets and night market. It is also near the metro station which makes travelling easy. would highly recommend this hotel. I booked a deluxe king, though it is small but it is clean with modern facilities. The price is also extremely wallet friendly.

Breakfast lacking of choice

Helpful and friendly staff, ever ready to assist both at the reception and restaurant. We booked a family room which is clean, with comfortable beds and reasonably size. Mrt station is only 7 shop lots away from the hotel. Shida Night Market is about 400m away which offer cheap shopping and good street food. Good water shower.

Family room's description advertised as having large windows but our room only have mini size windows. Not able to adjust the zircon as it was centrally controlled.

The breakfast was good,n the lady who served breakfast was well manner n she has given us some useful info about travelling around in taipei city.the room is clean,n the location is good too cos its really closed to the mrt station.very convenient to get something to eat too even though is in midnight..

The double bed is a bit small..should change it to king sized bed instead..

We just stayed there one night but the room was excellent and would gladly have stayed longer.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Decor top notch and updated -- it is new. Location was very good for our purposes.

Staff was not that good at English and was not too helpful when asking about the area and sights to see. Breakfast was poor and did not offer fresh fruit which is so plentiful and cheap in area markets. Served tissues instead of napkins. This are should have also been set up as a lounge in non breakfast hours where cold beer and wine would be available as a respite for guests since there is no where else to congregate other than room. Night man was very helpful and spoke good English. Better maps of the area should be made available to guests and recommendations for places to eat should be given.
