Friendly people at reception. Good Size rooms. Close to tapei 101 About ten minutes walk to subway. Room had Balcony.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff who were also very helpful. We could not communicate in Mandarin but staff did their best to accommodate us.

-Location, walking distance to 101 building -seperate dry/wet washroom, convenient for two people -guys are very nice and helpful - even hav balcony outside the room

-10 to 15 minutes' walk to subway, not very close -front door is not easy to find

1. Although we couldn't get a double bed during our stay, the single bed (2 single beds in the room) was adequate. We would have enjoyed it more if they gave us a double bed (when it became available) without making us pay more. 2.Our room was tastefully furnished and was always made up with fresh towels and beddings every two days during our stay (5 days). Our room was very clean. 3. We appreciated the strong WIFI connection everywhere in the hotel. 4. There were adequate electrical outlets for all our gadgets. 5. The "open" design of the bathroom (commode and shower were enclosed) made the room seem bigger. The closet was adequate for our clothes and we appreciated the safety deposit box in the room. 6.Toiletries were replenished everyday, as well as the complimentary water and coffee/tea making facilities. 7. The lifts were clean and pleasant; the hallways were always pleasant and clean. 8. Breakfast was more than all right although the selection was limited. They could have varied it more during our 5 day stay. Overall though, it was good. 9. Checking in and out were a breeze. There was no fuss and the staff made sure that our taxi driver (to the airport) would bring us to the correct terminal. 10. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff. One even offered to lend us an umbrella just in case it rained. 11. Lots of nearby places to shop, eat and to exercise. Sun Yat Sen Memorial is walking distance, as well as Taipei 101.

1.We were disappointed that we were asked to pay more for a double bed. 2.There wasn't a lot of variety with the breakfast selection. 3.It was quite a long walk (20 minutes) to the nearest MRT station. 4.The cable tv channel selection was very limited - there was only one English news channel (CNN... no BBC). Even the other international cable channels were in mandarin.

The tours they recommended at the front desk. The fact that the bathroom wasn't separated from the rest of the room.

A great stay, the staff are friendly and helpful; The 4th staff I came across at the desk were all extremely polite and well mannered. Thanks to Agnes, Phebe, Kevin and Michelle, I just thought they were very lovely people and the right type of people to have in a hotel.

Should keep up the standard of house keeping service, especially the hygiene of guest room and corridor

- Breakfast and view are good

- Disastrous ventilation and incompetent staff - we happen to come back to our hotel room after breakfast to find smoking (cigarette) filled in our room through ventilation. Serious white clouds of cigarette smoke! Called the staff immediately and they are clueless and apologetic and have no idea where the smoke came from and how to resolve it. It is supposed to have non-smoking hotel and they have no idea how to manage their guest expectation/behavior on no smoking on premise. The staff told me "we will try to find who was smoking in the room and educate them not to smoke". Really??? If they don't care about your non-smoking policy and are smoking in the room, you really think they will care about your "non-smoking education"? - Elevator is very inconvenient. Takes too long for it to come. The whole press for only 1 elevator beats the purpose of trying to conserve energy because hotel staff and customers both press for both elevators every time because they are tired of waiting for the elevator to arrive. - Uncomfortable mattress

House keeping could be better. Rubbish were not cleared daily, used plate were not cleared.

The room is very nicely decorated and the decor is well-maintained. Rooms is very clean. Staff at the hotel is fantastic. They are very courteous and friendly and most importantly, they are very helpful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly that i think they deserve our compliments. There is a lounge for peope to sit around and talk. There are convenience store just next to the hotel and from hotel to Taipei 101, it is within walking distance about 8 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. And I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staffs are warmth, friendly and approachable. Their service are excellence.

All the facilities required for a business traveller is available.

Only the entrance from the main road was not so visible. The gym is looked after 10pm which is a bit early

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room except that the chambermaid does not like to leave adequate toiletries and we need to inform the operator on two occasions to send us our request.

Room is clean and spacious. However, the boutique room doesn't come with bathtub but only has a standing shower. Staff are polite and breakfast was good. Generally a business hotel.

The location of this hotel is not near to any MRT station. And it's about 15-20 mins walk to the nearest station. The lobby of this hotel is located at the 11th floor of the building. The lift button will only work for 1 lift. So be sure to see which lift is nearer to you then you press for that lift to service you.

Cleanliness

We like the location of the hotel and the staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is good. The room is big enough and clean. We will go back to stay there if we have a chance to go back to Taipei.
