PALAIS de Chine Hotel  

Location is excellent!

They were having road works right in front of the hotel at the moment, there is some noise started as early as 8 am in the morning!

What we really like: - design and decor - sound proof - cleanliness - convenient to all amenities for public transport, city sight-seeing & shopping. - excellent gym facilities - bed and all furniture are of top quality Areas of improvement: - instruction guide how to operate the shower and lighting - lights could be brighter - in the evening from the outside of the hotel, it looked as if it was closed, actually it was the dim lighting which mislead being closed - a staff could explain to customer how to operate lights and bath when checking in, we don't even know how to slide open the patio door - the bathtub is a bit too difficult to climb in, would be better to have a step on the outer rim of the tub for easy access to the tub - hanging hooks are way inside the corner of the toilet, it is not easy to access the towel and clothing when finishing shower - coffee shop should be available from 6:30am till your current closing time - paper boxes on the floor shouldn't be placed inside the restaurant where customers are dining, boxes should be in the storage where it belong. If you are keen to maintain your top notch hotel image, little things as such should really be paying attention to - waiters and waitress could be more professionally trained, we had to yell each time we need service

Your front office greeting staff should be more helpful rather just brush people off when they thought we are not hotel guests but someone just walk in to ask for direction, only when we tell her we are the guest at the hotel then she becomes more helpful.

The room is well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The bath is relaxing. And the view from the room is very good.

Close to train station, but need to cross a footbridge. Slightly inconvenient if you are carrying a large luggage but taking public transportation.

Wi-Fi is chargable Expensive, not value for money

Internet Access is not free.

Location is good in terms of travelling around the city and to/from the airport. Taipei main station is around the corner. Ningxia night market is within walking distance. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Hotel is decorated like an old, dark castle with wooden panels and iron chandeliers. Expensive internet connection and breakfast. Surrounding area is not very nice.

I like the location, I like the size of the room.

I didn't like the hotel n the rooms are too dark, the toilet a bit too small, the washing basin a bit too small that no room for you to put your things like tower, make up, facial products etc.

Clean, luxury, extreemly nice staff, comfortable rooms! Had free access to the swiming pool next door which was great.

The light system in the room is just impossible to understand. Which one turns on/off what light and when? Every guest talks about it.

The exclusive design. Very friendly atmosphere.

The price was different from what I had booked online. The staff upgraded the room for me without asking me.

The bathing pool is so nice for me to relax and the wooden decoration is my favorite.

It will be much great if we can use the balcony. Wifi usage would be charged.

Cannot check in on time. Had to wait 3 hours. We were 15 people in the same situation.

The staff is really helpful. The room is very nicely renovated and modern style. Bathroom design may not be suitable for non-couple.

ไม่ป้ายบอกทาง ถ้ามาจากสถานีรถไฟ ไม่รู้จะเดินไปอย่างไร รู้ว่าใกล้ ควรจะบอกว่าออกจากประตูตะวันตกแล้วควรจะเดินหาประตู Y5 แล้วเดินออกไปเชื่อมกับห้างสรรพสินค้า Q Plaza ออกไปที่ถนนใหญ่แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายถึงโรงแรมแล้ว

全てが快適で高級感あふれるホテルでした。トイレがウォシュレット付きなのがうれしかったです。どこに行く- にも便利なロケーションです。

朝食が高いので、隣のショッピングセンターにあるスターバックスまで行きました。

新しいタイプのホテルでカップルに適してる落ち着けるホテルです。ミネラルウォーターも必要本数を補給して- 頂けました。 スタッフの教育も行き届いて 対応も非常に良かったです。 宿泊した日が主人の誕生日でバースデイケーキのプレゼントがお部屋に届いており、細やか心ずかい、嬉しかっ- たです。

ホテル全体の照明が特徴で素晴らしいホテルですが、カップルには良いのですが、子供ずれ、男同士の宿泊には- 必要に応じて照明の調節が出来れば尚良いのでは。

酒店地点很方便，隔壁就是台北车站，旁边就有大型购物商场。

一楼大堂人员不知道问好，我住7天，应当认识我，我大包小包也不知道帮忙按电梯。 一楼柜台人员自顾自的聊天。 我离开台湾多年，上次是住W hotel，不管价位，至少他们会问好，帮你开电梯。丝毫感觉不到所谓台湾的人情味！更何况是过年！

位置十分优越，对面就是台北车站，旁边是汽车转运站。一个商场。 酒店人员服务态度超级好，酒店很有设计感。

为小朋友准备了全套的清洁洗漱用品，使用的施巴品牌，还是很让人满意的。

网络一直到凌晨才接通。入住后打电话借婴儿床，说已经出借完毕了，可能备货不多。儿童用品，不应该我们打电- 话才提供，应该看到check in的时候有小朋友，自动提供的啊！

服务，人员接待，环境布置，地点交通，都不错。

房间略小，饭店收取押金，退回太慢。入住两次，第二次的押金已经退回，但是第一笔到现在还没退，都12天了- 。

房间设备很舒适，酒店设计风格独特。地段很好！
