Everything is good n nice, room very comfort.

The breakfast timing is 7am to 10am, I think is too rush for a family with kid. If can, timing ending for breakfast change to 11am or 12pm that will be good : )

Beautiful room with luxury appointments for a reasonable price

Very nice hotel, not very big, but has a good designed rooms with hi-tech facilities. Location is great except for the fact that metro station is in a 10 minutes walking distance, which wasn't too much for me. Nice breakfast, big variety - some local foods too, which is nice, but also plenty of options for only western people.

Wireless internet had some problems, but I'm sure that by your arrival that should be fixed. The view isn't anything stunnig, but who cares - most of the rooms have windows on the back of the hotel, which is nice, because on the other side there is a big street.

Friendly staff.

Taxi drivers always have difficulty to find the exact hotel location.

1.Nice, helpful, attentive staffs. 2.Good business center - free coffee and no charge for using the printer and PC/internet. 3.Convenient location - within 5 minutes walking distance: there are cinema that plays the latest original hollywood films, good Chinese restaurants, also Mcdonald, Burger King, coffee house etc. 4. Good breakfast included 5. Luxury bathroom

Location: many good eateries around the area n relatively near to MRT station.

The reception staff are not well trained nor particularly helpful. They are unable to provide directions to the places we want to visit and they can't speak English either although this is not a huge problem for us as we can speak Mandarin.

The rooms were spacious, with couch, desk, bar and closet. The bathroom is great! Watching tv while being in the tub, is nice to have! The wifi on the room, worked very good. Breakfast is good, a lot of options to choose from, vegetables, rice, meat, soup, salad, toast, bread, eggs etc etc. They keep filling the buffet even when it is near 10 am. Location is good, on a quiet side street and two MRT lines nearby (yellow 7 min, brown 15 min). Also several shops (7/11, Family Mart) in the neighbourhood and some smaller (local) restaurants.

Housekeeping was not on regular times, sometimes they worked in the evening. Sometimes the room wasn't cleaned yet when we returned to the room around 3 or 4 pm. The cleaning however is good!

My whole family really looks forward to returning to the hotel every night as a haven to rest after each tiring day... Facility in the room is excellent especially the jacuzzi and the breakfast selection is very good too. I will definitely be coming back if I visit tpe again.

Very nice place, good value, very soundproof rooms, comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good but not outstanding.

Room is clean and neat. Spacious bathroom.

Staff refused to help guests make local calls until they pay.

Affordable luxury. Huge bathrooms with spa tub an unusual touch. Well designed and excellent value. Keep rates low!

I know hardly anyone faxes anymore but sometimes you might need to. Hotel wanted to charge exorbitant rate to send two pages. I ended up taking photos of the pages with iPad and emailing.

The hotel staff were fantastic even booking flights for us to Taitong and looking after our luggage while we went on a few days trip. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had asked for extra sheets on our first stay as I sleep on a camping mattress on the floor and when we arrived the 2nd time, the sheets were already in the room. Very good attention to detail. The room was very nice with spa and free access to drinks an food in the mini bar. We will defiinitely return. Lisa Australia.
