The hotel is small in size and give you a warm welcome feelings. The rooms are clean and the staff are really nice. Make you feel like home and a vip. The location is close to everything in Taipei. The cabinets are a bit smelly |

The hotel staff were generally very helpful, efficient and courteous. I had a comfortable stay with a friend and I enjoyed my 5-night stay very much and would definitely stay with Royal Biz again if I ever visit Taipei again! |

Our residence in Royal Biz Taipei was amazing. It was cheap and we got everything that we wanted. We lived in a comfortable hightech room. The bathroom was great, with a big wellness shower. And best of all was the crew at the front desk. They were so friendly, answered every question that we had and gave us a lot of useful information what we could do in Taipei. Breakfast was delicious and more like a lunch. If you plan a trip to taipei, choose this hotel and you will be very satisfied. |

I used to stay at Sheraton Taipei for business, but this time I was here for vacation with my family. And I must confess I was amazed by the quality of the hotel. Not sure if it's because of the Suite that I booked, but anyway the price is decent and it can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children without any problem. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next vacation. |

A great hotel close to Taipei's center but 10 minutes walk to the closest MRT station (or take a taxi to Main Station for about 100 TWD). Very friendly and helpful staff, large and clean rooms with flat TV, refrigerator and comfortable beds. Small but modern gym. Well equipped business corner. Breakfast in continental or asian style. Good value for the prize so I can recommend the hotel for business or families. |

Quality of service exceptionally above the average of the hotels of the same size. Helpful staff, accurate attention to any details in the room, and superior food&beverage. Everything was perfect and excedeed the expected service. |

The decor is quite outstanding. Loved the little outdoor area in the restaurant for a spot of greenery. The staff is excellent. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to the closest MRT station and the transport service provided by the hotel does not start till about 8 am. My conference starts at 830am which means that I was not able to make use of the transport. Will hope that the transport service can start about half an hour earlier. |

Well the staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful. The maid was also wonderful. I think the staff at this hotel are top notch and if I were in charge of the hotel I would pay them a little bit extra to be sure that they stayed on my staff. The staff at your hotel is what makes it great. |

I like the warm approach of the staff to find out about how is our stay there and if we are comfortable. Furthermore they provide road guides to the places we wanted to go when we asked them. The staff are very polite & pleasant. The hotel facilities also cater to the guests needs. The room is comfortable for resting as well. |
