The staff were amazing, probably the most helpful we've every experienced, they simply could not do enough for us during our stay from the moment we arrived until they called the taxi for our departure. This hotel is very well managed, comfortable and relaxed, breakfast had variety and the room was very quiet in terms of traffic noise. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the Royal Biz every time. The hotel is family friendly although it caters for business travellers, the staff helped us at every opportunity with organizing tourist trips which was above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was really very good.

Cosy hotel with nice decoration.Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with various dishes that changed every day. Close to a commercial area with many restaurants and not too far from the mrt station. Can have coffee and tea with cakes and cookies anytime in the day. Free wifi in the hotel. I experienced a positive surprise during my stay in this hotel: I forgot my iPad in our room and after returning from a journey trip, I found it on the table. I appreciate so much the room service's staff behavior.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room

Good for business travelers. If free internet excess and business center is a must then I think this hotel is quiet ideal. I was initially concerned about the distance between the hotel and the MRT, but it actually takes only about 10 - 12 mins to walk from the hotel to Zhong Xiao Xin Sheng station, not too bad if you like a bit of walking. Breakfast is also quite good. I will consider coming back for future business trips.

The staff were extreme friendly, well mannered and polite.

There was no heating despite the very chilly weather, which was much below average, round about 15 to 17C. But as a business or tourist hotel, that should have been basic facilities. Although the room air conditioning control seemed to offer temperature as high as 30C, but it was really only meant to be for cooling and not heating.

The price is reasonable for the size of the room and location of the hotel. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has enough variety each day.

Excellent Stuff, Fast Internet without extra charge, unique business environment, close to the market and special taiwaneze restaurants. I think that I found my base to Taipei. I recomend it to business people.

Hotel is comfortable and in a good location. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. The hotel offers a fair price/quality ratio. We are booked in for a second time.

Very comfortable room, good hot shower, polite and helpful staff who spoke English, lots of choice at breakfast, 15 minutes walk from CKS memorial hall and Da'an park, and easy 10 minutes walk to an MRT station (a one 5 minutes away is under construction, but a 10 minute walk is really no problem). Wifi worked just fine in my room and was pretty fast. I arrived on an early morning flight and they even arranged to have my room ready a few hours earlier than usual check-in for me! Very happy, will stay there again next time I go to Taipei.
