Royalbiz Taipei  

The room I stayed at this hotel was excellent. It has a bathtub and separate shower room in the bathroom. It had a working space with a wide desk which has stapler, clips and other convenientstationery. The bed was also comfortable. You don't have to worry about electric appliances, because it has plugs for 110v and 220v. You'll be welcomed by friendly staffs and welcome fruits. It is close to famous dumpling restaurant. There were many stands on the way to the nearest mrt station and enjoy walking around the hotel!

The price is reasonable for the size of the room and location of the hotel. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has enough variety each day.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. There was a variety of choices for the daily buffet breakfast; delicious and filling.

Location was a bit out of the usual rows of hotel in Taipei. Rooms were smaller than we expected. There was no room upgrade.

The bath is spacious and the hot water in show is very good. The room is also spacious and comfortable. The location is closed to the hot spots for travelers. The staff is nice and warm.

We were staying there for 6 days, and was great. It's a small hotel and therefore it's very quiet. Since we were staying over 3 days, we've got upgraded to Junior suite. The room was spacious and clean. The young gentlemen at the reception (Mr. Vincha - may be wrong spelling) was very very very helpful. Other staffs were just so so..... Don't expect too much in breakfast. To us, it's good enough though since we always had our 2nd breakfast somewhere else. 10-15 mins walk to subway, 3 mins to convenient store and markets etc.

The only concern was the air-conditioner was blowing directly to our head while sleep. We turned it off and open some window for fresh air instead. Great that it's winter time.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made every effort to assist with any request. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the additional touches, such as tea and coffee with biscuits available at any time downstairs, was a very welcome addition to enable me to have coffee without milk and sugar, as '3 in 1' coffee sachets are the predominant choice throughout most hotels. The hotel had a very friendly atmosphere and we would strongly recommend to anybody staying in Taipei. Thank-you for an extremely enjoyable stay.

There is nothing we did not like about the Royal Biz Taipei.

Hotel is comfortable and in a good location. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. The hotel offers a fair price/quality ratio. We are booked in for a second time.

Small hotel, but a room was quite big and services are excellent. Buffet style breakfast is well served

Staff is fantastic, rooms are excellent and location is great for us. Will definitely come back!

Just missing nice croissants for breakfast!

The toilet is very very luxurious and comfortable! All the facilities are replenished every day and kept neat and tidy by the housekeeping staff. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast area is very comfortable.

Good location, 15 min to underground.Breakfast varies daily, from very good to fair.Friendly and helpful staff.Quiet.

The room size was excellent. The firmness of the bed was great as well.

The location of the hotel was bit far off from the mtr station. We used the bus most of the time. The bus system was easy to navigate, so using the bus was not the major issue for us.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful with hints on how to best go around Taipei with the family.
