The staff are really courteous. Especially the one in the morning assisting us during the breakfast, too bad I didnt get his name. He will always ask how's our room or if our breakfast is delicious. He's always polite and smiling. Well generally everybody is like that. We could have stayed longer but unfortunately, when we try to modify the booking to add another day it's already full so we have no choice but to move to another hotel. Also, the room is really spacious, we can easily move around even with our luggage. With the booking.com promo, it's really comparable to the hotels in the 3000-4000nt range. Plus the fact that it's near the mrt. Overall, my experience is really good and would come back to this hotel.

If I could make a suggestion, hopefully they will install bidets in their bathrooms. For a 4 star hotel it's quite surprising that there's no bidet in the toilet.

Everything about this hotel is satisfactory. Good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to the nearby MRT station and 10 minutes walk to the famous eating out areas.

It is a small hotel located between buildings, so there is no good views from most of the windows.

The staff are nice, the breakfasts were good, clean, close to mrt Dongmen (~5mins walk to Dongmen exit 1/2), 2 stations to taipei station, 3 stations to Ximending. Close to Wing Hong St. (On the other side of mrt Dongment Exit) !

Excellent WiFi and outstanding service staffs pretty much made my stay with Royal Biz a memorable experience.

nothing, its limited in size to bigger establishments so it does not offer a pool etc however it makes up for this in the quality of comfort and service

I loved everything and everything was more than my expectation. As a business traveler, I've been to many different class of hotels in different countries, from Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton to Ibis. I think this hotel provide everhthing that hotels can. This is a small hotel but it got a shower booth, bath, hair dryer, safe, iron, complimentary snacks & water. The hotel got even DVD player, speakers on the ceiling(the sounds was good), you can listen to the radio from the light controller. The linen was high quality. And the safety gear was well builted in. The information book contains very specific explanation how to do in case of emergency like fire, which was very impressive to me. (Is it because it is in Taiwan? I was impressed that they got stric regulation regarding it.) And in the drawer of the desk, it even provides a paper clip, stapler, a rubber band, sewing kit. rack for luggages. What else can you think can hotels provide? One more thing, their breakfast was just excellent. The no. of food was enough, the taste was very good. Most of all, the food was very fresh. The staff were very kind and well trained. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan again!

I found some little part not clean. So I let them know about it and they will improve it. But the overall condition was very good. Nothing to worry.

The pillow is way too soft and low. Toliet bowl kept getting choked and couldn't flush properly

Cleanness of the room needs to be improved: there were hairs in the shower tub and my room had a musty smell which was quite uncomfortable

it's a small hotel, but the place is new and cosy. the breakfast is good, and they did change some of the food daily. there's a local market, store selling sweet potatoes near by, close to the MTR.. very convenient location..

Quiet room with window as requested. Staff was fantastic - very helpful. Very good breakfast buffet - good value. Good location, close to good restaurants, nice neighborhood to walk in, close to transit. Highly recommended by frequent travellers.

Clean and spacious room plus great location! And we got lots of free snacks in the minibar too^^ The bathroom design is quite luxury. This hotel is recommended for travelers that can't speak Mandarin, the staffs speak and understand English very well, friendly, very responsive and cooperative =) Breakfast variant also not bad they are quite generous for a hotel that has 48rooms only.

Overall it is comfortable except for the red stains in the bathroom wall tiles and dirty looking carpet. Breakfast was excellent.

The carpet in the room looks soiled and have dirty stains on it. It would be much comfortable if it is changed or painted to a darker shade of colour.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I booked an executive suite, it’s spacious and comfortable. Good wifi signal, free coffee and tea in the restaurant area. Great area and close to MTR. Will definitely stay here again next time.
