Silks Place Taroko Hotel  

The location is beautiful. The dining is fabulous. The view out our room over looking the Gorge was peaceful and lovely. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were the best.

Not a thing.

It is a perfectly designed hotel with attention to every detail. Warm, gracious, helpful and welcoming staff. Located in the famous Taroko Gorges- Rooftop has breathtaking pools with the gorge as a backdrop. Nothing like this anywhere. The rooms are elegant and warm. Spa is fabulous. All if it just beautiful and wish i could easily return again.

Poor pool with small and dirty changing rooms. This hotel is a good 3-4* hotel, but never a 5*.

Fabulous location, excellent staff service, 45mn shuttle transportation to/from Hualian city (extra charge, reasonable), very nice rooms and the balcony on gorge-facing rooms a great plus, very nice onsen/jacuzzi on roof (great during winter season). Wonderful Chinese restaurant with set meal included. Bike rental service available with excellent condition equipment. Overall a great experience worth every dollar charged.

Limited number of shuttle services. Would be good to include loan/rental of helmets for day hikes (in addition to bike rentals).

Roof-top pool and hot-tubs were amazing. Work-out center was dated, but still a few things to get the blood moving. Location was beautiful and hotel sits along the river.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were quite pricey considering there were no other food options. Foods were really good, but pricey.

The location is great with water stream coming down from the mountain. The hotel facilities, restaurants and amenities are excellent and could not be better. Most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful and they make us feel welcome and at home. Will certainly stay at the hotel again on my next trip.

The setting is beautiful. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent Chinese restaurant.

Nice view

The hotel staff really go out of their way to serve customers. They are not only helpful but also friendly. On one occasion, I was coming to the shop to ask one of the hotel's staff member to heat up a lunchbox for me. Not only was she happy to do so, she also gave me a free hot drink which was so nice on a cold day. Overall, excellent service, and the room is so spacious, with a view of the gorge. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back again to this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful location, comfortable hotel with attentive staff

Location is close to key sites of Taroko.

Service is mediocre and not as helpful and friendly as is standard for Taiwan. Hotel offers no shuttle from train station which is a very far distance. Breakfast is standard western buffet without much innovative thought. Rooms are clean but old in finish and design. Hotel smells old.

This hotel is magic. The place in the middle of the mountains, the design and the care of every detail have made my stay unforgettable.The swimming poll in the roof is a beauty. I liked a lot the breakfast buffet (good variety) and the dinner buffet. Some of the staff are very well qualified.

My experience in the "a la carte" restaurant was very bad, I had to wait for a ver long time for my food, even if it was almost empty. Most of the staff don't speak english.

Exceptional in every way - setting; design; room quality; service; and food.

The pillows are way too soft. The thickness reduces by 70-80% once I rest my head on it.

What a wonderful hotel in a simply awesome setting. Where to begin--we were upgraded to a fantastic room facing the Gorge, the infinity pool, the lovely, helpful staff, the serenity of the surroundings. What's not to love? There are two restaurants--western and Chinese and a fantastic buffet at breakfast and dinner. The staff was so helpful (driving us to the start of several hikes and then picking us up). We were totally happy with this beautiful, serene retreat and recommend it highly.

the dinner menu did not change (4 options to choose from-Western restaurant) so if you're staying for more than one night, it gets a little boring, even though the food was delicious.

Excellente étape au coeur du site de Taroko, très bonnes prestations, chambre confortable, ambiance relaxante, belles piscines, petite annimation de chanteurs aborigènes le soir offrant ainsi une ambiance conviviale, beau design "tendance"...et belle situation !

Franchement, rien à redire ! Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toute son infrastructure...par manque de temps.

由于去的时候正值雨季，房间有点潮湿，非常冷，后来打电话要了加热器。请酒店不要吝啬提供暖气。

客房设计新颖宽敞，服务贴心热情，旅游项目安排紧凑，接驳车服务到位

行政酒廊的晚餐品质还可以进一步提升。

Difficile de choisir car tout est divin dans cet hôtel: le lieu, l'accueil, la décoration, les piscines intérieure et extérieure, le concert aborigène autour d un grand feu sur la terrasse....

Le sauna en panne ces deux jours là...

所处位置，早晚餐质量，各种丰富的活动，晚上表演，沐兰SPA（超赞），其他休闲活动价格，booking- 拿到的价格。所有一切都很满意

最高のロケーションです。 安いほうのお部屋に泊まりましたが、きれいで広さも十分です。窓からは絶景が見え、本当に快適に過ごしまし- た。（retreatのお部屋はもっと素晴らしいのでしょうね） 子連れでしたので、キッズルームも気になりましたが、こちらも充実していました。遊具もたくさんありますし- 、卓球、ｗｉｉ、レゴブロック専用部屋があり、飽きさせません。室内プール、ジャグジーも利用しましたがと- ても気持ちよかったです。 今回２泊しました。ホテル発のハイキングにも参加しました。子供がいたので１時間ほどのものですが、とても- キレイな景色が見られて本当に良かったです。 タロコとホテルを満喫するなら２泊以上必要です。１泊だともったいない！ 食事も美味しかったです。ホテル向かい側に小さなお店や食堂がありますので、豪華な食事に飽きたらそちらで- 食べることも出来ます。 是非また行きたいねと家族で話しています。

地点绝佳，在太鲁阁国家公园里面。是游览太鲁阁的绝佳酒店！整个酒店充满设计感，楼顶的山泉游泳池一直开到- 夜里12点非常好！尤其是几个小的加热池，还带有按摩功能，非常舒服。酒店的服务员很乐于帮助，前台的人员- 很乐于給予行程的建议！

接驳车如果要是免费的就更好了！另外，早餐和同价位的酒店来比稍微简单了些。当然不是说不好，只是比较的情- 况下略显不那么丰富。

Retreat huone ei ollut hintansa väärti. ja retreat Lounge oli turhan mainostettu. Halvempi huone/ Gorge view oli hyvä.

La calidad muy elevada del servicio y la belleza del entorno natural, la localizacion es absolutamente una de las mejores que jamas he visto.
