Lucky Rent Apartment - Taipei 101  

Location. It's walking distance to Taipei City Hall mrt station and bus terminal It's easy access to/fro Taoyuan International Airport. A longer walk to reach Taipei 101, Eslite bookstores etc. 2 MRT stops to reach Wufenpu. Alternatively, one may walk along Songlong Road and Yongji Road to reach Wufenpu.

The latest check in time I've experienced - between 5 - 9pm. Apartment size is much smaller than what we expected, definitely not for big and tall guys. Nothing like the photo shown on the website. The floor was dusty and we can see hairs. The bind covering the glass window of the bathroom was spoiled. It's tricky to adjust the water temperature during our shower. We almost got scalded as the water temperature increased suddenly even after we've adjusted.

a) Check-in late hour b) check-in office and apt are in 2 difference places. c) seems to be illegal. Tourists are not allow to hanging around apt lobby. d) We are not allow to use the facilities: Gym and billard room. e) staffs are not friendly. f) washing machine and dryer in apartment cannot use. g) we have been chased out and scold by 1 of the young security guard in the apartment. h) he even asked us to give him NT$ 1000 for him to open the door for us.

Toilet cistern took 20 minutes to fill up and they could not fix it !!

5pm check in

The place is about 10mins walk to the nearest mrt and about 20mins to Raohe Night market. 15Mins ride to some night clubs like Myst & Luxy.

1St of all I booked it in July and saw the rates drop by half in Nov. Secondly the security guards at the apartments are super unfriendly towards tourist like us. Thirdly there is only 1 sets of keys to one apartment, it causes problem to travelers in group who may wanted to go back to the apartment at different timing. Lastly the apartment don't looked exactly like those pictures posted in booking.com. Don't expect too much.

Bad choice as my sister was being chased out of the building while waiting at the lobby for her friend. The security guard had even told her not to step into the building again else he will report to the police. According to a tenant, the place is not meant for tourist like us and there is even notice in the lift that states likewise. All of us spent sleepless nite as we are worry that we will be asked to leave in the middle of the nite by the guard. We were allocated a room that smell and my sister found a pool of urine in the bedroom. Fortunately it was just for a nite but it really spoil our holiday. Appreciate if you could do tougher check on these hotels/service apartment.

Quite convenient, about 7 mins walk from the Taipei City Hall station. Mode of transport (i.e. MRT, buses & etc.,) is easily accessible. Apartment is quite ok (room is on the upper floor), although the toilet, sofa & air-cons are quite old.

Security guards at the building are rude & unfriendly (maybe knowing that we are not the tenant of the apartment) therefore this will be my last time staying there!!! I will not recommend any of my friends, colleagues & relatives to stay there.

- Terrible front counter service & poor communication. - Thought that it was scam at first arrival - The apartment agency should clarify in the email WHERE to check in & collect keys as it is not a HOTEL and the apartment lobby is not accessible to public.

Not far from mrt and clean.

Feel cheated. It is so much smaller as compare to the pictures shown. The so called two bedrooms apartment is just two queen thin mattress provided together on the upper level of the apartment and not two rooms. Misleading as should mention clearly that the two bedrooms is just two mattress provided in one room and not two rooms. Won't choose there again as it is the worst that I have stayed.

Close to all modes of transport. Including metro, buses and trains. Close to shopping areas and attractions

風呂も大きくて良かった。 バストイレが別で、良かった。 家にいるような感覚で、かなり居心地が良かった。 繁華街にも、駅にも、夜市にも、どこに行くにも便利で良かった。

ホテルの入り口が、わかりにくい。 スタッフに電話して鍵を待ってきてもらうのですが、時間がかかる。

地方很好, 市政府站步行五分鐘便到, 室內環境不錯, 兩層的設計令人感到空間感十足

正常要五點才check in?!太晚了吧..要經過商討後才能早點三點check in, 浴室沒有抽氣扇, 味道很難流走, 沙發給床有點舊, 冷氣機漏水
