The owner is very courteous and nice. The staff is very helpful and efficient.

Neighbours are terrible. We are a family with 3 children. Already kept the noise level to the lowest,yet still received complaints.apartment probably not sound proof. I don.t even dare to blow my hair after shower if it was after 10 pm

I like that it is spacious. The living area and dining table is good for eating supper, gatherings etc. Rooms are big and comfortable. Overall its very value for money, could stay up to 7 people!

For me, the cleaning up was late. We reached the place and it wasn't cleaned up on time. I didn't like the way they liase. You have to tell them exactly what time you arrive as they have to open the doors for you. Kitchen is not as clean and the cleaning could have been done better.

The place is big, nice to have a living room area and dinning area to chat. And there's a 24 hr convinent store on 2nd floor. Location is ok, not close to the mrt, but we have car to drive around, so it's still convinent for us, free parking is a bonus !!

One of the bed in the room of 4 is a bit too hard... And the bedding can be nicer.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment with three bedrooms at a very affordable price. Convenient shop just downstairs, inside the estate. Location is close to shopping mall and eating places, and so quite convenient. Easy to catch a taxi at the entrance of the estate. Twd100 by taxi to the nearest station for both train and metro. Twd250 to twd300 by taxi to the city centre. All in all, a real bargain.

We are two families but there was only one set of keys. The rooms were not as clean as other travellers described. We informed the staff two days in advance of our earlier arrival time through email which was acknowledged, but the staff/owners were surprised by our early arrival and we waited for half an hour at the entrance of the estate.

Good Apartment in New Taipei, friendly contact. Apartment is in an normal Apartment House, it is not a Hotel. Just call the telephone number provided and someone comes to the place to handover the key.

Use the Chinese address to find the place ! The english address leads to a wrong location (for example in google maps) !

Miss 雅婷 ( and her manager/boss, Mr 張, are both friendly and easy to work with. 雅婷 went out of her way to make sure that the apartment (it's really a 3 room Condominium on the 15th Floor, in a very large gated compound) was cleaned herself when I requested for additional housekeeping. This place is great for young families, what with the security and also playgrounds and infant playrooms available!

You need to drive (parking was made available by the 雅婷), as the nearest Train/MRT station is almost 2 km away. A cab ride there is nt100 so may not be such big deal.

往市內其他地方交通不便,需要乘搭商場接駁車才可到捷運站.

價錢很優惠,所以不能要求太多,地點方便

房內空間不多,裝潢比較舊

环境非常好，离商店很近，有免费的接驳车可以到捷运站，房间很大，设施很好！住的非常舒适，人多去台湾自助- 游的首选，下次去还会住！房东非常的热情，帮忙搬行李，给我们介绍当地好吃的地方，总之就是一个字好！物超- 所值！

设计优美，床很舒服。

第一晚入住,就被投诉了三次, 说我们太吵. 连讲话的音量也要调到最低, 感觉很不自在. 觉得隔音好像太差了.

7个人住一起，一起看电视，说说笑笑很开心！房间设施也挺齐全的，还有厨房、洗衣机的

部屋は白で統一された部屋でとにかく綺麗でした。広々とした空間でした。 スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。

部屋が寒い。最初からいたのかどこからか入ってきたのかはわからないですが、蚊が多くいました。

We are a group of 9 people, with 3 young children. We have chosen The Top because we think it will be more fun to stay together in one apartment instead of staying in 3 separate hotel rooms. It is an apartment in a residential building with 3 bedrooms/ 2 restrooms and we can easily fit into it. It is located in new Taipei city and a cab ride to newest train station costs about ntd100, while a cab ride to 101 costs around ntd 300, so it is not that bad.

We need to remind the children from time to time to keep noise low because unlike a hotel it does not have carpeted floor and just walking around or dropping something on the floor may be irritable to the neighbour who is pretty sensitive to noise. We got one complaint the last nite we stayed there.

we had a great stay over there. nice environment and with 2 shopping mall near by.

do bear in mind the neighbours are ultra sensitive regarding the noise and would complaint endlessly
