Arrivato in stazione del treno ad alta velocità nonostante avessi chiamato un'ora prima per avvisare del mio arrivo ho dovuto attendere un'ora prima che arrivasse il pulmino. Wifi lentissima e segnale debolissimo. Struttura vecchia.

Good room, staff made sure I made my early morning airline shuttle.

staff was very nice and helpfull.give me extra upgreat room with royal condition with out any special cost.they send me car to pick me from airport.food was the best in my stay in taiwan

Helpful.cooperative. Upgraded to a huge suite that was very comfortable. Free airport transfers were efficient and timely. Highly recommended hotel.

Location was not central but taxis are cheap

Every room has king-size beds, large bathrooms.

Very poor communication with some staff in English.

I like the fact that the room is so spacious and they gave us two double beds.

We have chosen the Taoyuan Hotel because it is listed under Taipeh Taoyuan Intl. Airport. And as we planned to fly out of Taipeh early next morning we thought this was a good idea for an airport hotel. Mind you: it is not an airport hotel. Although free transport to and from tpe Airport is provided. If you get stuck in the rush-hour transfer might take you 1,5 hours, although with easy traffick it is only 25 minutes to the airport. I found it great that the hotel mailed to me and offered transfer-service pro-actively. I was impressed! Pick-Up/Drop-Off free-of- charge also applies for Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station! So much for the good stuff.

As I requested a room on a high floor with a view I was "upgraded" to the "suite". Well, that "suite" was large indeed, but utterly old- fashioned! Completely out of time! Except for Laptop and a printer. Windows were single-glass and not closing completely, noise from the street coming out extremely loud. Lobby of hotel is being remodeled, guests need to walk around in a not-so-pleasant worksite... Well, I suppose the remodeling-work needs to be done (as I could see from my room), and the works cannot be hidden from the guests...

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade of my room. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Also a shuttle bus or taxi fees taken in charge from the High Speed Railway station in my case.

Even though it's clean, the facilities are really old. Bathroom facilities (bathtub) was not very "fresh".

Restaurant closes at 2100 hours after that no food available in hotel. Hotel is relatively old and has not got too much care.

Free drop off to High Speed Train and airport. Service people are kind. Location is not bad.

Equipments are a little bit old. But still in good condition.

The shuttle serve from HSR and airport is the main thing that make me decide to stay with the hotel. When I was given a luxurious room, I enjoy it and felt comfortable.

I was fortunate to receive a gratis upgrade to the best (Royal) suite for my 1-night stay. I appreciated using the free airport shuttle.

I booked for 3 nights and checked out in 2 days on personal reasons.They up graded me to suite.Though the room is an old style, it was very big and clean. But carpets need replacement very badly.Staff was very friendly, helpfull and english speaking.

立派な机があり，ビジネス旅行するにはくつろぎやすいと思った．プールは利用しなかったが，総合的に見てレ- ジャー施設が充実してるので，おすすめです．

駅からのアクセスが不便だと感じた．台鉄の桃園駅バスで行くのに乗り場が分かりにくかった．宝山駅が近くに- あるが，営業終了だということでガッカリ．

古いわりに清潔でよかった

古いので設備はあまりよくなかった。 飛行機が早朝便だったので、近くにと思い宿泊したが、早朝過ぎて送迎のバスもお願いできず、タクシーを依頼- した。それにもかかわらず、スタッフがぼったくろうとするタクシーのぼったくり価格をそのまま伝えるなど対- 応も良いとは言えない。 駅からも遠く、空港からも遠く、空港近くに泊まるメリットは大きくなかった。 総合的に考えて、台北のもう少し安くてきれいなホテルをとり、早起きしたほうがマシだったと思う。
