Family oriented resort, very helpful staff, food variety and quality A bit far from Kenting center, hotel could have a refurbishment as it looks a bit dated overall

I knew the hotel as it has been the base for several sporting events I have participated in. This an excellent hotel extremely family orientated. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. There are really endless activities for kids from 2 to 12 to take part in. The location is a bit out of the way but I think that makes its charm. Surrounded by hills and facing the sea just perfect. Wonderful sunsets. Can't really think of anything

It is really a place one can just sitback and relax and need not go out to anywhere else, if you don't wish to. The beds are big enough for 2 persons, hence the rooms I booked were actually good for 8 person but booking.com did not have this information during my booking. Would like to stay longer next trip. Special appreciation to Miss Tsai (front office staff, from Tainan) who was so kind in helping me over transport arrangement.. Breakfast is good and so are the facilities. Set back is no I forgot my passport and realised after arrving in Taipei and had to make a trip back to Zuoying to collect the passport. I was still in Kenting 3 hours after checked out and should the hotel have done proper checking during cleaning, I could have saved the trouble. Anyway, I am not blaming the hotel and the staff did its best to help.. only a suggestion to improve for the convenient of guests. Loication is far from Kenting downtown...

这里的服务非常好，虽然没有提前联系，但是酒店的车还是到恒春来接了我们。这里很适合全家人休闲度假，内部- 的设施非常齐全，服务人员也非常的周到。早餐- 很丰富，选择很多，我们都很满意。

服務非常貼心，小朋友的牙套不見，工作人員還幫忙去翻垃圾辛苦的找到遺失物； 營隊課程也很棒！大哥哥帶領孩子很盡心！ 房間很大，床也很大，晚間有星星故事，孩子都可玩到很開心！ 下次值得再次造訪！

带小孩子来是不二选择。配套很全 地理位置太偏，距离各个景点都不近，周围无配套。 房间卫生情况一般。

Not much, just nice yard out side. The services was so poor, no room service, only 2 sun beds at the pool! Bad quality for dinner and etc.

Kids friendly. Nice area. Good food. Very nice staff. Too Expensive if you go during Taiwan Hoilday. Lots of noise in the room. Their beach was not for swimming.
