Yomi Hotel Taipei  

the family room and bathroom are clean and beautiful and fit perfectly for my family of 4 including two college kids. for the money we spent, it is the best deal in town. the service is excellent. when we walked in, we found some missing supplies. after i contacted the front desk, the response was immediately. my chilren grow up in United States, it is not easy for them to feel comfortable to travel in other countires only if the hotel has the quality - good quality of Air condition and the quietness. The variety of breakfast is a big plus for my children who love to try different asian breakfast . the free landry facility and internet access are just right for my travel purpose. We planned to stay one night but ended up staying two nights. Yomi had definitely met the standards and I would love to visit again for my nex trip.

there is no swimming pool and the fitness center is very tiny. however, with the quality of service and all other features Yomi provided as mentioned above. the travelers should be satisfied for the money value spent. I found the discount price for the family room (queen size for the couple and two twins for the college children) through the internet. the travelers have to do the homework for the deal pricing.

It is near Shuanglian station (walking distance > 10 mins); 2 stops away from Taipei main.

Ask for a room in the main hotel. Some hotel rooms are situated in the next building, among residential flats.

Would have wanted more choice at breakfast buffet such as ham and bacon and more, more fruits

Facilities, Service and Near MRT

I booked royal room for three people and I wonder about the location of Mirror, why it was put near TV, it was very uncomfortable to use.

I like the free snacks and the fact that staff are polite and courteous.

The room is clean & spacious. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful!

1. Great location - mrt, night market, shops, rows of cafes/restaurants are all within walking distance. Very convenient. 2. breakfast was full of varieties. Taste good. 3. value for money for the facilities provided

I was very surprised but pleased by the quality of the hotel and its facilities. The staff were also very friendly and very helpful.

The walls were a quite thin..so I could hear the room next door quite easily.

The triple sharing room is small, but it is clean and comfortable. Good location with 5-7 mins walk to the Shuanglian mrt. The staff are friendly & approachable. The hotel also provides free laundry system, free internet service, complimentary snacks and wii system.

Quite disappointed on the breakfast. The same dishes throughout my 6 nights stay in the hotel. No replenishment of food. The humming sound quite disrupted after midnight when next door turn on the water tap.

We were a given a room at a separate building, but this turned out to be just next door, so it was really no hassle. The room was an apartment unit with a loft bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room and a bathroom. This was perfect for us (3 friends). We had a much bigger space to walk around in and park out luggage. There was also a tray with snacks, which was replenished daily, and a welcome fruit basket. Very nice touches, indeed. The toiletry tray was also well-stocked. It had toothbrush sets, soaps, shampoos, even bedroom slippers. The location of the hotel is good. Nearest subway station is a 10 minute brisk walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just outside the hotel. We liked the buffet breakfast, predominantly Chinese food including congee. The staff can manage a little English and were generally helpful and efficient. The price was definitely good value for money. We would choose this hotel again.

Don't want to nitpick. For the price we paid, we got everything we needed and wanted.

I checked in quite early without informing to the hotel, and they arranged a room for me at their annex.

Their breakfast start at 7:00 am, and I had to leave hotel around 7:00 am for airport, so I was not able to eat breakfast. I hope they will start their breakfast at around 6:30 am.

The Busibess suites are big and spacious. Location is not too bad as it is walking distance to the mrt.

Breakfast selection was very local. The same food is served every morning. The superior triple room is way too small for three person. For three person, it is better to take a business suite for two person and have the third person sleep on the coach. The hotel provides computers and printer, But printers do not work.
