The hotel was small but the rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast had a vast array of choices and the staff was very cooperative. The MTR station is far from the Hotel (2 km's at least). The hotel's location is not easily accessible. The nearest station to the hotel is called Elementary Boys school Station. You can take a direct bus to this station and from this station to the Taipei International Airport. It takes only 83 Taiwanese Dollars.

Though it is a small hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed a good breakfast spread. Though it's location was not prime, the hotel staff were forthcoming in helping our group with taxi arrangements and giving instructions to the cab drivers to drop us off (3 different cabs) at a common point. The hotel seems to have undergone a recent refurbishment. The rooms were well furnished and cosy with sunny yellow tones.

Staffs were excellent & the best that I have seen. But perhaps they should relook at the flooring in room in the 8th floor was slippery (too waxy) - accident prone. The flooring in one of the rooms. Location very far from airport.

It was relatively close to Nanjing East Road and the Songjiang Nanjing mrt station. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. We had to complain before the staff considered resetting the router. Room insulation was also bad. We could hear the conversation of the adjacent room's occupants.

Really good services, nothing to complain about. This was the best hotel I've booked through booking.com (for the same price range). Expect some difficulties when using English with the hotel staff, but nothing you can't solve with rephrasing or "sign language".

I was very busy and it was nice to have a clean hot shower to go home to. They had some problems with the internet connection at first, but after they fixed it there was no longer a problem. The only big problem was that there was no laundry service available, and I really needed to get some clothes washed. There was a laundry bag in my room, and when I asked at the desk how to get my laundry cleaned, they said that I needed to take my laundry next door and wash it myself. There might have been some failure to communicate across the language barrier.

comfy, clean and nice I am supposed to get a deluxe double or twin room attached with bath tub (based on the pic shown on hotel.com) but the actual room does not have one. there is no warm air from the air-con during this time of the year (i.e. March)

It is very clean and comfortable, we have stayed in your hotel before this trip and we like the cleanliness of your hotel. Might make it the hotel for all our business trips, do you offer corporate rate? Your breakfast is good, however, it should at least serve until 11am as per other bigger hotels, as 9am is a little too early for family with children, and the fact the travelers might have late night and don't wake up early. Your receptionists momo and the other lady are very courteous and provided good service, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful too, well done! The restaurant lady is courteous, but lack of smile and look unfriendly, she just need to put on smile and will be better.

位于市中心,.离捷运中山站不行不到10分钟,周围也有不少购物和吃饭的地方.酒店早饭很不错,超出我们预想.每天品种都不同,妈妈特别表扬了他们的服务人员.

Value for money! Schoon hotel, op 10 minuten lopen van de metro en 20 minuten van de treinstation. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Iets meer engels zou fijn zijn. Hoteltaxi wachtte netjes, ondanks vertraging met het vliegtuig. Uitstekend ontbijt. Dubbele ramen laten het verkeersgeluid niet door.

酒店服务员很好，每次进出酒店都会起立给我们问好。又一次衣服没叠好，服务员还帮我们把衣服叠的整整齐齐。- 地点也不错离中山捷运10分钟步行距离，而且酒店价格还包括丰富的早餐，真的很好吃的，物超所值。

我是带着爷爷奶奶入住的，两位老人都超过了85岁。酒店提供了非常体贴的服务，甚至为他们专门购买了防滑脚- 垫。早餐也很好，丰盛可口。房间不大，设施较- 普通，但是干净整齐。地点不错，吃饭出行都很方便。服务人员的热情发自内心，非常感谢他们！
