Well run hotel. Efficient staff. 1. Lack of hotel shuttle to beach area and malls as option. Traveling by taxi is expensive in Dar 2. Lack of restaurant in hotel. Even though they had take away menu, this was pretty much same food from all 3 places. 3. Noisy as Mosque starts prayers very early in the morning so the loudspeakers tend to even drown out the TV

The rooms are VERY spacious. In fact it felt more like living in a house if you stay in the family suite. The staff is not very friendly. The owners own religious principles are enforced throughout the hotel despite Tanzania being a secular state. You cannot even have a bottle of wine in your room. They control your visitors. One of my staff members was celebrating his 21st and we all agreed to meet in my room before going out to have dinner. He had my permission to bring his girlfriend along yet she was refused entry as she is not married to him. That was completely ridiculous. Despite the rooms being so spacious, it lacks any decoration and warmth. It is a very cold hearted hotel. After four days I moved to another hotel in Dar es Salaam.

Very good location. Complete fitness center. I was expecting a nicer room for the price I paid, the room did not feel cozy at all. The room had 3 bathrooms and some of them were dirty.

The location is perfect. The room itself is very spacious & clean. I was able to use microwave & toaster in the room. I could see the city view through the wide big window. The staff were terrible. I asked the receptionist to arrange the see-off car to the airport at 4:00 in advance. However, when I came down to the reception in the morning, there was no car arranged. So, I had to use public taxi. The staff didn't say sorry at all & didn't seem responsible.

My family and I stayed at Tanzanite Executive 2 times during our vacation in Tanzania and Zanzibar. The hotel has a perfect location for the Zanzibar ferry and offered free shuttle to the boats, which was very convenient for us. Everything at the hotel was in excellent conditions, and the staff was very friendly and professional. We stayed in their family rooms, and everyone enjoyed the spacious apartments with 3 master size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, aircondition, Wifi, kitchen, and TV. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was ok, the reception staff was helpful and friendly The location is unfortunate: even if it's quite in the middle of the city, there's nothing around. The sea nearby is not for beaching. Later we discovered that the best ace to stay is at the sea cliff

Good location near to ferry to Zanzibar. Price was decent for the room we were given. Nice and spacious and clean. TV with lots of English channels. AC and mosquito zapper in the room. I didn't like the segregation of the gym, I know the culture agrees with this but for tourists it is not relevant. Women could only go to the gym from 08:30am - 4:30 pm which did not work for my stay because I could not work out at night or early morning! Would not recommend for this reason alone. No restaurant in the hotel but they order take out for you if you want lunch or dinner in the room. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the entire hotel. Good for quick stopover en route to Zanzibar but would not recommend for a holiday.

I really appreciated all the desk staff and their professionalism, attentiveness, and willing to assist. Great gym. Good security. There is not much I did not like about the Hotel but a bar/restaurant would of helped.
