Отличное месторасположение. Внутри номера оценка наивысшая, отель небольшой, несколько номеров, во всех номерах авторский дизайн. Очень понравилось Сам отель расположен на втором этаже в обыкновенном жилом доме. Безобразное состояние подъезда. Много лет некрашеные стены, отвалившаяся штукатурка, раскрошившиеся ступени лестницы.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe der Oper. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, Service ist sehr gut.

They have a very nice room maid, Inga, who tries to compensate the deficits the facility has. Out of the four appartements only one (Ferrari) is quite ok. I stayed in the Monaco appartement, that is very dark and smelly. The other two appartements have windows to the main street, where it is very loud. The house in which the appartements are located is old and very smelly. The elevator is not working. On one day of my stay it was burning, so the firebrigade moved in! The appartement owner is a lady who runs a marriage agency in the same office and calls complaints from hotel guests conc. the terrible smell "psychologic problems".
