ABC Apartments Business Class

Second time in this hotel. This is one of the better hotel which I seen in my trips. It's 5+ stars or even better. Strongly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Very good service, silence, comfort, magnificent kitchen. Let's surely stop there again when we will be in Kiev.

Excellent owner, Yury. Called and picked me up at airport, also drove me to meeting in center. Provided me with food to my room every meal. He's very friendly, not like most Russians/Ukrainians....highly recommended...

Shower is a little small, I keep hitting my elbows against wall. Also, the location is difficult for taxi to find. No restaurants nearby as this is residential area.

Honest and free; ready to repeat

I arrived to the airport with my young daughter after midnight and it was so helpful for the hotel staff to meet me and take me to the ABC Apartments and assist with my luggage. The staff is super helpful and accomodating.

Excellent new apartments. Everything you could need for your stay including a washing machine. The room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom for the economy rooms is the best I have seen anywhere. Yuri and his staff are excellent and picked us up from the train station and dropped us back there when we left. He was also very good in advising places to see and supplying information and maps.

A little far out of city centre but still easy to get to with local buses

Very considerate and polite operator/owner(?) meets at the airport and transfers there free of charge (send an email or make a phone call in advance). Great level of comfort and brand new rooms for realtively low cost. Очень вежливый и предупредительный оператор/владелец отеля(?) встречает в аэропорту и отвозит туда (необходимо предварительно написать письмо или позвонить). Просто отличный уровень комфорта, прекрасный дизайн отеля и комнат за относительно невысокую цену!

I'd definitely recommend that quiet and comfortable place with nice designed and furnitured rooms. The hotel's owner Yurij is very polite and helpful. Not far from Zhulyany Airport.

The owner is such à good host. In a country where you find some diificulty to communicate, it is fun to have someone to speek about the life in Ukraine. He takes care of is client like if you were in à five star hotel. Have fun in Kiev, it's a very nice city. Thanks again to Youri. Frank

Yuri, owner of the apartments, was very helpfull. He picked us up at Kiev Pass railway station and went with us tot Zhulyiani Airport on Sunday morning to drop our luggage and then drove us back to the city.

Everything except except location.

No metro within walking distance. Not a big problem if you don't need to come back late. Bus is close and frequent but not that comfortable. Taxi charge ridiculous rate and need negotiation.

We stayed at abc hotel from 29/04 till 01/05/2012. It's a detached house in a calm district of Kiev. It takes you 10 minutes to get to the center of the city by taxi. We travelled in a group of 4 (two couples) . The rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable, equipped with modern facilities. There's a nice restaurant "Sheremetievsky" in 5 minutes walk where you can have breakfast or dine. Thanks to Yury, the owner of the hotel, we didn't have any problems with transfer from airport and back. I think we'll definetly choose it for our next stay in this beautiful city!!

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but you can order it. There is no subway staition near here.

Fantastic facilities abd Yuri, the owner, went out of his way to make sure my stay at ABC was perfect.

si reservas la habitación económica no tienes el baño privado, tiene que ser una habitación standart para no tener este inconveniente.

Tout était parfait. Appartement luxueux, dans une maison au calme, très grand, où rien ne manque. Des meubles jusqu'aux ustensiles de cuisine, en passant par l'agencement de la salle de bain, tout est de grande qualité avec une machine à expresso, le café qui va avec, du café instantané, du thé, et de l'eau de source, le tout à discrétion. Egalement un lave-vaisselle, une grande terrasse qui donne sur un jardin où se trouve la cuisine d'été et un grand barbecue. La qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse et le dévouement du propriétaire et du personnel est exceptionnel, comme toutes les prestations offertes. Le nettoyage des appartements est quotidien. Les serviettes de toilette sont changées tout les 3 jours, les peignoirs de bain sont également fournis. Absolument tout est neuf. A 3 minutes à pieds, l'arrêt de bus, un supermarché, et des restaurants. Un peu plus loin, un marché, des commerces, un parc. La situation excentrée de la maison est un avantage, dans un quartier très calme. Et le transport vers le centre ville facile et rapide, par le bus. Le bus n° 404 mène directement en plein centre et aux stations de métro "Universytet" et "Ploshcha Lva Tolstoho" en 20 minutes, le n° 17 mène à la station de métro "Shuliavska" en moins de 10 minutes. Egalement inclus dans la prestation, votre transfert de et vers l'aéroport d'arrivée ou la gare. J'ai loué un grand nombre d'appartements à Kiev, et à chaque fois, il y avait des problèmes; prestations non conforme au descriptif, appartement supposés luxueux et à la limite du confortable, maintenance calamiteuse, personnel peu accueillant et dont la seule motivation est votre argent etc. abc est de très loin, la meilleure et la plus luxueuse prestation à Kiev. Ici les surprises vont dans le bon sens, contrairement aux autres. Je recommande cet établissement, et dorénavant pour ma part, plus besoin de chercher, j'y retournerai directement.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen Zhulyany. Der kostenlose Shuttleservice zum Flughafen morgens um 4!!! Das Bad, zwar "nur" Gemeinschaftsbad aber tolle Dusche und auch sonstige Einrichtung genial. Zimmer waren toll und Betten sehr bequem! Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel ist nicht zentrumsnah, dafür aber nah am Flughafen. Man muss halt wissen, was man will!

по сути это гостиница, удобства для эконом класса в коридоре, звукоизоляция осутствует (не для романтических свиданий!!)
