ABC Apartments Business Class

Clean and tidy hotel, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, the owner Yury makes all the best for its guests. We were very pleased.

Near the hotel, there are no shops and cafes.

The owner of the hotel, Yuri, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would rank him at 10 out of 10! Very nice and plesant person. Me and my wife stayed at economy suit, so i belive that was the best value of money option i had in my life before.

1) Transperant doors in the rooms - I saw it on the pictures, so I was ready for that. 2) The hotel is located not far from the bus stops, but it takes certain time to take them (around 12-15 minutes). So the way to the center of the Kiev will take around 40 minutes.

Second time in this hotel. This is one of the better hotel which I seen in my trips. It's 5+ stars or even better. Strongly recommend.

Excellent owner, Yury. Called and picked me up at airport, also drove me to meeting in center. Provided me with food to my room every meal. He's very friendly, not like most Russians/Ukrainians....highly recommended...

Shower is a little small, I keep hitting my elbows against wall. Also, the location is difficult for taxi to find. No restaurants nearby as this is residential area.

Honest and free; ready to repeat

I arrived to the airport with my young daughter after midnight and it was so helpful for the hotel staff to meet me and take me to the ABC Apartments and assist with my luggage. The staff is super helpful and accomodating.

Excellent new apartments. Everything you could need for your stay including a washing machine. The room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom for the economy rooms is the best I have seen anywhere. Yuri and his staff are excellent and picked us up from the train station and dropped us back there when we left. He was also very good in advising places to see and supplying information and maps.

A little far out of city centre but still easy to get to with local buses

Very considerate and polite operator/owner(?) meets at the airport and transfers there free of charge (send an email or make a phone call in advance). Great level of comfort and brand new rooms for realtively low cost. Очень вежливый и предупредительный оператор/владелец отеля(?) встречает в аэропорту и отвозит туда (необходимо предварительно написать письмо или позвонить). Просто отличный уровень комфорта, прекрасный дизайн отеля и комнат за относительно невысокую цену!

I'd definitely recommend that quiet and comfortable place with nice designed and furnitured rooms. The hotel's owner Yurij is very polite and helpful. Not far from Zhulyany Airport.

The owner is such à good host. In a country where you find some diificulty to communicate, it is fun to have someone to speek about the life in Ukraine. He takes care of is client like if you were in à five star hotel. Have fun in Kiev, it's a very nice city. Thanks again to Youri. Frank

Yuri, owner of the apartments, was very helpfull. He picked us up at Kiev Pass railway station and went with us tot Zhulyiani Airport on Sunday morning to drop our luggage and then drove us back to the city.

Everything except except location.

No metro within walking distance. Not a big problem if you don't need to come back late. Bus is close and frequent but not that comfortable. Taxi charge ridiculous rate and need negotiation.

We stayed at abc hotel from 29/04 till 01/05/2012. It's a detached house in a calm district of Kiev. It takes you 10 minutes to get to the center of the city by taxi. We travelled in a group of 4 (two couples) . The rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable, equipped with modern facilities. There's a nice restaurant "Sheremetievsky" in 5 minutes walk where you can have breakfast or dine. Thanks to Yury, the owner of the hotel, we didn't have any problems with transfer from airport and back. I think we'll definetly choose it for our next stay in this beautiful city!!

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but you can order it. There is no subway staition near here.
