Close to city centre. Fantastic food and great service. Very clean. No noise. Great temperature in rooms. English speaking staff.

Not enough sport chanells.

During the New Years Eve the staff was drunk and kept screaming and singing all night long. In the morning looked poorly ;)

Quite far from city center and not easy to find it by public transport. I advice to take a taxi to get to this hotel. One of the girl of the reception has a very strange behaviour. During our arrival, she was speaking English, and the next morning, when we came to her to grab some information, she was in a sleeping mood and answering to us only in Ukrainian....Very strange employee... When we wanted to book a taxi to the airport, one of the employee told us a price, the other day, another employee of the reception told us a different price and indicated us that it is impossible to get there by public transport. The room are small and not clean every day. The amount of hot water of the shower is limited. The restaurant of the hotel is very expensive for the country (more than 20 € for two soups and two dishes)

Clean room,pub and restaurant are very nice,the food are fresh and good,the menu is Ukrainian and international fcuisine. In the restaurant the staff are friendly. Somone staff in reception are friendly ( not all )

In the bathroom the shower is uncomfortable. In the bathroom behind the toilet there is a pump that makes noises at night. The staff in the reception is disorganized , they asked us to pay twice and have realized the error after hours (they insisted that we had not paid). Not all the staff speak English and the menu of pub and restaurant are only in Cyrillic alphabet without English translation. Initially we were given a wrong room and after a few hours we were asked if we wanted to move in the booked room (very politely and apologizing for the happened). There is not maid service Room. My room is junior suit

Small bathroom. Far from center, you should use underggrond train and then bus for 3 stations(actuali not a big problem).

I chose this hotel, because it was near to the night club, that I was going to visit. You can get to the hotel from central railway station using a high-speed tramline just for 15 minutes or even less. The hotel staff was very friendly. And I was able to order some simple food at my room. There was a small menu with simple dishes: fried eggs, macaroni, etc. I considered it very convinient. The room was small with tiny bathroom. But very quiet and clean.

Персонал, завтрак приготовили в 5-30 утра.

Очень маленький туалет/ванная комната в номере. На унитаз практически невозможно сесть.

Мы проживали в отеле с 30 декабря по 4 января 2013 года. Очень отзывчивый персонал, этажом ниже располагается ресторан, можно заказать любое блюдо прямо в номер. В номере есть электрический водонагреватель, так что проблем с горячей водой не было. Удобно расположен: рядом остановка трамваев. До метро всего 4 остановки на трамвае.

Было прохладно в номере, слабое освещение, плохая звукоизоляция. Хорошо бы было иметь в номере электрочайник.

Новый ремонт, мебель, теплота.

Отсутвие двери в общий с соедним номером коридор, из-зи чего ухудшена звукоизоляция.

С улицы Героев Севастополя рекламу с названием отеля надо сместить, например, вправо, чтобы не стучаться в подъезд над которым она весит. Звукоизоляция

Gefallen hat mir die Lage des Hotels. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhälzniss war optimal. Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber sauber. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen

Отель новый, занимает первый этаж жилой пятиэтажки. Расположен в тихом районе, не шумно, есть свой ресторанчик. Правда, мы в нём не были. Кто-то писал про платные каналы и неработающие телевизоры? Не правда. На пульте кнопочку не пробовали нажимать? ;) У нас в полулюксе было 2 телевизора. Оба прекрасно работали. Бесплатно, естественно. Мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, бельё тоже. Свежий ремонт. Приемлемая цена.

В номерах не убираются, не выносят мусор, не меняю бельё и полотенца. Т.е., если попросить, то сделают. При чём, что попросишь, то и сделают. Попросишь вынести мусор, только его и вынесут, полотенца не поменяют. И наоборот) Ну и расположение далеко от центра. В описании отеля неверно написано про некую остановку "Библиотека". Такой нет. По крайней мере, о ней никто не знает. В 5 минутах ходьбы вверх по улице находится трамвайная и автобусная остановка "бульвар Лепсе". От неё можно доехать на маршрутке или автобусе до метро или центра. Удобней до метро, а уж на нём до центра.

Близость к месту проведения мероприятия ради которого мы приехали в Киев. Ресторан не выходя на улицу. Вкусный шашлык.
