Friendly stuff. Good Rooms. Excellent location. Very good price for stay.
Poor Wi-Fi signal.
Location ,Person and friendship, It was cleaning and very safe hotel.
- Location - good price
- Cold water in the shower - no WFi in the room - shower holder didn't work - 4th floor and not lift
-Location -Price -friendly staff
-Extremely smelly bathroom -Noisy room on the front side -Seems some rooms are better than others: We got a much better room the previous time. We won't take the chance next time unfortunately.
1.great location !!! 2.room is big, clean,a lot of fresh air, towels changed every day!! 3.smart.intelligent,friendly,smiley staff, for example, when i decided to go near by city Ivano-.Frankovsk. and asked Irina about trains -she Google it for me,it was very helpful 4. breakfast was good ,coffee was good too 5.price is just unbeatable so,people, if you are going to Lvive -stay in hotel Plazma, period nothing may be better vasily tchaikovsky from New York p.s.I used to travel a lot ,but this was great experience
the problem is that I like everything at this hotel this hotel deserve 4 stars rate!
The location is wonderful. Excellent staff !! Место расположения замечательное. Отличный персонал !!!
The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. Our room was even higher. That is, it was necessary to climb further up the stairs. Отель расположен на 4 этаже в здании без лифта. Наш номер был еще на этаж выше, то есть нужно было подноматься еще вверх по лестнице.
Very kind people, nice room and good breakfasts.
It is a well located and budget small hotel, but for young and healthy people only. There is no lift and the rooms are at the 3rd and 4th floors.
What I liked was location. it is very place , in the center of Lvov
Service was very low. honestly they do not deserve 3 stars
-location (near to Old City, but also very close to tram going to railway station and bus to airport) -nice rooms -helpful staff (they printed me tickets when i asked) -nice breakfasts -good and cheap restaurants around (U pani Stefy, Puzata Chata)
-neighboorhood is really classy, so you rather find a jeweller than grocery
Hotel is t thecenter square of Lviv. For spending your time in Lviv cafes, museums and old town you don't need any transportation. Stuff is kind, helpful and well speaking English. Room was so wide and comfortable. Decoration of hotel and rooms is so nice and new.We loved old Lviv photos and paintings which are hung on the corridors.
Breakfast menu may b improvd. We had thought after reading reviews that there is rooms on the 4th floor and guests complain about that.Just you should understand that hotel is on the 3rd floor at all! (For Ukrainian measures 4th floor) There are also rooms which are on the 5th floor.I don't advise if you are old, disabled or if you have many luggages
Center location, next to Opera Comfortable big double room, very bright Free for child (5 y.o.) Not expencive
no WiFi in our room, but it was not real problem for us
The room is extremely small
Couldn't be better located, although the entrance and stairwell is quite unappealing ( 3 flights, 78 steps!) friendly staff, comfortable room ( I had to change rooms minutes after arriving as toilet was leaking... Room change was immediate.) reasonable breakfast cooked to order . Very good value for money, and handy for everything.
For some reason they wanted to take the breakfast order at night, which didn't seem to make much sense. A small kettle would have been a nice addition.
really cool hotel , exellent place for start explore Lviv town , breakfast was good , and jacuzzi is briliant in lux apartament
Hotel's the best area in the centre city, personals hotel are good.I felt comfortable when stayed in this.
Very easy to get to the center of the Lviv, just few steps from Plosha Rynok, and city Ratusha. Kind and helpful staff.
Not very clean linen.
Staff was good, Breakfast and breakfast personnel,
The climb to the 4th floor, with suitcases. The entrance to the hotel. The wooden stairs to floor where room was located. These stairs need to fixed.
Great staff. Great one-piece king size bed, best sleep of Berlin, Prag, & Krakow that we had.
Looks rough going in, then 4 floors of steps. No elevator.
excellent location and breakfast
The mattress was not so good. Also for old people and for people with physical disabilities it will hard to climb 4 floors(note: there are also room in 5th floor, with more problematic stairs)
great location in the middle of old town, friendly staff
the entrance is a little bit obscure
in the centre of the city.
noise at night from outside, the hole under the door to the corridor, the absence of lift, the cover on the bed was dirty, limited use of hot water in the room with hydromassage bath!
central location, centre and old town is easy accessible by walking. Staff reserved, but friendly. Rooms relatively spacious.
hotel is in the 3rd floor, no elevator. Toilet was a little damaged, water did run the whole time, which was a little noisy. Big disadvantage: Be aware that the rooms going out to the main street are very very noisy. There is traffic around the whole night, the street is paved with cabblestones, so you have to close the window AND to use earplugs.
When I first booked the hotel it seemed like it was going to be on the modern art decor...but quite pleasantly surprising, the hotel's decor includes walls lined with historical maps of Lviv and Eastern Europe, tools and appliances from different times in history. It really is a jewel and walking thru the hallways full of historical information makes it great! The rooms were appropriate in size and everything was clean (bedding and bathrooms). No fouls smells! Always a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did forget an item at the hotel and had a bit of a hard time speaking with someone when I was home, but eventually I got thru. Unfortunately because I'm out of country, they could not mail the item to me, but offered that if a friend could pick it up, they would hold it. I know my item is still at the hotel so that gives the hotel another plus, sometimes left behind items go missing forever! I think this hotel deserves the recognition that it has an honest staff! As for the location of the hotel...it is right in the center walking distance from major point...anywhere from 3-10 minutes in the heart of Lviv, where all the action takes place!
The building in which the hotel is located in could use some remodeling! It's not the most pleasant trip up to the 3rd floor. The mattresses were not so comfortable but you're not going to have a nightmare of a time either. Lastly, if you're one to want to have a quiet night, the walls between the rooms we stayed in (at the very top floor) were thin so you could hear the people in the next room. Luckly, our neighbors were not rowdy and went to sleep around the same time as us.
room was spacious
-5th floor with NO elevator (you have to carry your luggage ) -no parking -wi fi is not working in all Hotel (or hostel) -tv channels only in ukrainian and russian -poor building
Great Location Very good value for money Big room with everything you need Very good air condition Baggage storage 24h Reception
Poor Wifi (in some rooms)
