We had a Luxuary Studio: Great situation, very close from the Golden Gates. Awesome view over Kiev. The room is with great windows, and a terrace. People from the hotel were very kind, and speak english and ukrainian/russian. Breackfast is given directly to your room, and if you miss it, just ask them later! Very quiet place. Ideal for resting. Very easy to get confortable here, very nice stay!!! There is a direct view from the bedroom to the shower, and bathroom (wreid at the begining, but finally great). Bed is large, but not confortable. Springs are aweful! There is also a huge bathtube in the main room, excellent for midnight bath! A little expensive, but it worth it! Great place to stay!!!

VERY friendly and helpful staff!!!

I stayed here for a conference which was a few minutes walk away but in a hotel more than twice the price. The room, which was offered as an upgrade on arrival, was probably the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in with huge central area, bedroom and bathroom off it and small area with desk. The view, with full length windows and balconies was spectacular, looking over Kyiv from the 11th floor. The room was warm. comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The gym and swim facilities advertised are nothing to do with the hotel. What is offered is 50% discount at a city facility. There is no restaurant which makes breakfast brought to the room pot luck. There is a menu but you just get what you're given. Still, I didn't starve! There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store open until at least 2300,

The view was fantastic from Room 11. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast surprisingly good. Staff very helpful Location is perfect for what we wanted.

Not clearly signed but as we have lived in Kyiv this is not a great surprise. Wallpaper in tv room torn, cracks in ceiling in bedroom, table upon which we ate breakfast was way off the horizontal. You can get better quality for a lower price in Kyiv but the view was superb.

The hot water was down so we didn't take showers on our last day. I sent an email to the Hotel to get the directions and ask for a shuttle service (because there is no sign of the hotel outside the building. It is incredibly hidden) and got no answer at all

Breakfast is a little to little. I will like some of the comments before me, say. To serve coffee would be nice, and to serve salt to egg would be nice. No Breakfast i will really not call it. And this point in my stay , is /was importend to me. They could also have a sign outside Hotel, there is nothing before you get inside.

I have upgraded to a great room (#10) with panoramic view of Kiev. Definitely, must see. In the summer it might be the best view in town. Very well equipped with power sockets etc.

There were some slight problems with internet access.

The water in the tap was not hot enough (tepid), so you have to take almost cold shower.

Fantastic quiet place!!! I stayed at this hotel for the second time and intend to come back in the future,very clean and comfortable room,very good decor,helpfull staff. Value for money.

Location, room size and helpful staff. Quiet and discreet Also very helpful in arranging high quality airport pick-up at sensible price (for Kiev)

Hard to find, poor water supply (really! hard to take shower), not the cleanest room (I found a half-empty bottle of beer in the minibar), not very responsive staff (the lamp in the bathroom got broken in the evening and they refused to repair it immediately - I had to take bath with little mobile lamp. which was kind of romantic though ;)

We were upgraded to an executive suite which was great. Its location near Podil is good, plus an interesting street runs behind the hotel - between the buildings and the park. It is located near to many tourist must see buildings. The airport transfers were efficient. The view from the terrace of our room was amazing. The front desk staff speaks good English. A good effort was made to decorate our room in an elegant fashion. This seems to be a hotel set up for business account travellers.

It is an expensive hotel for the quality (and sometimes the condition) of furniture, fixtures and breakfast that you get. All of the above are okay but not to the standard of the USdollars150 that we paid. Other hotels in ukraine that we stayed at costing that much had at least a much better breakfast. I guess you are paying for the view and the location. The hotel is hard to find and we were happy it was the hotel driver who picked us up from the airport. There is an elevator to the 11th floor front desk but a long flight of stairs to the rooms on the next floor. There is no common terrace area to enjoy - their ad says that a hotel facility they have is a sun terrace - but only if your room has one.

We were very lucky because of the facilities as we've got quite a spacious place with two bedroom and wonderful huge Balcony with great view of the city. for 2 people it waqs simply great and we were extremly happy

For two of us it was good but if it will be 4 person ( as we've got 2 bed room apt) - one toilet and one shower - all combined in one room - definately would not be comfortable. I also wish to have more towels..

Hotel is at 11 floor of apartment building and it takes a wile to find it... They serve breakfest to the room :) so eu standard about 2*.

It was nice and clean with friendly staff.

Breakfast had to pay for coffee with the free 1 eggs toast and slice of cheese and ham which was good. Free coffee would be nice. Mosquito were bad in room. Tv. Was not good and they had no information are maps of city

It is close to the city center and easy to walk around.

The bed and furniture was very old and uncomfortable.

The "breakfast" was a joke and awful. We paid €450 for one night and didnt even get coffee at breakfast which was basically just a piece of bread and an egg.

The hotel is well located for a city trip. Beautiful well kept and clean. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was hard to find, if I had not taken a taxi, I wouldn't have found it. The price is certainly not cheap. Inclusive was a breakfast. It consisted of one egg (boiled or fried), one piece of bread and toppings. No drink (coffee or juice), this had to be paid. Rather meager in comparison with the price that was paid.

Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very clean and of good size. Very secure and very quiet location. Slept as a baby.

Breakfast is not of good size, and selection is very limited.

i like the atmosphere in this hotel, small, quite and very kind staff, especially Alona from the reception that helped us a lot eve in issues that not connected to the hotel stuff.
