This is a nice one-bedroom luxury apartment, located on one of the most central streets of Kyiv waiting for you. Our task is impeccable service and your comfortable stay. Mykhailivska street descends to Maidan square. The apartment is located in a3-minute walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station and in 7 minutes from Khreshchatyk metro station. Mykhailivska and Sofiivska squares and Andriivskyi uzviz are located in walking distance. There are many cozy cafes and restaurants, clothing stores and souvenir products nearby.The apartment has a renovation in 2023 the art nouveau style. The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, sleeping set, spacious wardrobe and two bedside cabinets, air conditioning, safe.,TV. In the living room there is a huge velor sofa bed, a dining table, a chest of drawers a big smart TV with a sand 1267 channels, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment - refrigerator, microwave, gas stove , electric kettle, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a washing machine, a full bathroom, a toilet and a boiler. There is an ironing board and iron. There is free private parking in the yard, entry through the barrier, a remote control is issued. The apartment has an ironing board, clothes drying. The apartment also has a large glazed loggia with comfortable wicker furniture and blankets overlooking the Mikhailovsky Cathedral. These apartments are definitely worth your attention and planning a trip with family or friends.
