- stuff/owners/housekeepers are extraordinary helpful, friendly and attend to your problems. - appartment is very pleasant and cozy decorated, really like the best 4-star B&B/hotels/appartments in Italy/France/spain. We booked a superior appartment and this was also very large. - Kitchen/bath/bed... are also superb - supermarket is 80 meters away and a very good japanese restaurant (Rocca) is about 1 Km away -- take a walk for 10-15 minutes.

Excellent accommodation with a very friendly and helpful staff. Had a rental car with gps so getting to the city center was a 20-30 minute drive. Public transportation is available within 500 meters O.f apartment

Excellent location for business or leisure travel. Don't get spooked by residential looking neighborhood when you pull up in the taxi. This is a very upscale area of Arcadia with million dollar homes all around and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate just around the corner from the apartments. You can easily walk to sea shore and have inexpensive meal sea side, jog, walk or hit one of the many clubs. Less than half a block walk to a small market for your essentials, or one big block walk to large grocery stores, restaurants, bars, open market stalls selling all sorts of things, pharmacy and other shops as well as public transportation. Very clean and tastefully decorated apartment which reminds you of an upscale hotel room costing two or three times more.

One small complaint was no telephone. With the advent of VoIP phone service and since they already have high speed WiFi, why not offer a VoIP room phone so guests can call home, check voice mail etc. for free using Magic Jack, Skype, Vonage or similar service?

This is the best Apartment Hotel i have ever stayed in.. Flawless rooms. Good large double bed. Spacious rooms . Clean. Nice interior of rooms. Modern, but still cosy. Well equipped. Easy and fast Wifi internet connection. Nice building. Not too big. 24/7 reception/security. Good central heating and AC. No street noise and no noise from other apartments. Designated and heated indoor smoking area near your apartment. Good location.Close to Arcadia Beach and not too far from centre of Odessa. Supermarket upstreet less that 100 metres away. Nice restaurant a short walk away, on Fontanska Road. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Nina, always quicly solving the strangest requests in english language. No more Hotel suites for me when i am in Odessa. I have found (for me) the best place to stay and as well the best value for my money. This Apartment Hotel i can recommend warmly without any hesitation at all.

Very spacious room, everything is brand new.

Window in the bathroom is facing the street and there is no curtain which was a bit uncomfortable. The rest was perfect

when ı call taxi from hotel drivers asks price more than it costs outside taxis..

Very good location, just near the Arkadia area. Nice and helpful staff that speaks english also. Well-designed rooms. Definitely recommended!

value for money - very good. really big apartments - at first morning I wanted to call a taxi from the bath to the bedroom) fresh renovation, good design and good bed

a little noise accompanies all time but after few days I am used to it. without air-conditioner strange smell could appear

The place is great...remodeled in a contemporary style...everything is new, clean and very spacious. For a great price, the regular room you get is more like a suite. I don't think I have anything bad to say about the place. The staff was very helpful, and very professional and accommodating. Location is great if you want to be close to the beach, it's a 7-10 min scenic walk down to it. The place is convenient to use public transportation if you choose to. Security 24/7, never felt threatened or so. At night, it was quiet, especially because once you closed the windows, you didn't hear anything from the street. You could pay way more and stay in the center of the city but be in a place that's older with less amenities and way less space or you could stay here, close to the beach and enjoy all the amenities: free internet, air conditionner in the room, hot water, all things that you may not have at another place or have to pay more for. I definitely think this place caters to foreigners who can spend a bit more but enjoy all the amenities they are used to getting while travelling. I would highly recommend and when we go back, we are staying there again.

Owful neighbors next house

В номере очень красиво, большая ванная комната, на кухне есть всё необходимое - микроволновая печь, кастрюли/сковорода/посуда, холодильник. В спальне большой ТВ с большим количеством каналов. До пляжа Аркадия 10 минут пешком. Вокзал рядом, аэропорт в пределах 10 км. Очень доброжелательные администратор, горничная, охранник (предупредили звонком о раннем приезде, в 6 утра охранник дал нам ключи, оплатили уже днём администратору - всё так просто, без лишнего официоза :))

Даже не знаю.. Всё понравилось! =)

Внимательный любезный персонал. Просторные апартаменты, новая мебель и сантехника. Расположен в тихом месте, но в тоже время в 5-минутах пешком от Аркадии.

негативные стороны не были обнаружены

очень понравился отель. Действительность оказалась лучше фотографий. Номер просторный - спальня с гостиной, просторная ванна. Современный ремонт, кухня, плита с вытяжкой, холодильник, все необходимое для кухни. Халат и тапочки, мини-бар за дополнительную оплату. приветливый персонал, нет перебоев с горячей водой, что обычно характерно для Одессы. Пляж в десяти минутах ходьбы. Приветливый персонал. Были, к сожалению мало, но остались очень довольны отелем. рекомендуем тем, кто хочет комфортно и спокойно отдохнуть недалеко от моря. Спасибо всему персонала данного отеля. Тамара. Минск.

Personnel très serviable Appartement très propre

прекрасная светлая, уютная, просторная квартира-апартаменты с большой ванной комнатой, приятным дополнением в которой наличие окна. отличный дизайн, красивый интерьер, все продумано до мелочей. превосходные постельные принадлежности, белье. ежедневно смена полотенец. полноценная кухня в гостиной, есть все необходимые предметы, посуда, все чистое! на данный момент это лучшие апартаменты, в которых мы останавливались на украине. буду в одессе - обязательно сюда. до центра города добираться тоже удобно, в 5 минутах остановка трамвая, ехать 20 мин. цена абсолютно себя оправдывает, хоть и не дешево.

наши окна выходили на улицу со стороны входа в отель. напротив трансформаторной будки. днем это не так слышно, а вечером и ночью очень сильный гул, слышно даже при закрытых окнах.

Останавливались на 3 дня. Все очень понравилось. Апартаменты двух-комнатные,большая ванна. Очень чисто,тихо. Все новое. Очень классное расположение. Были в мае. Очень порадовала цена.

Мало мест для парковки авто. Вечером всегда не было мест. Приходилось бросать машину возле соседних домов.

Все остальное, очень хорошо. С детьми конечно, лучше селить на первом этаже:))

Единственный минус, это шумоизоляция:(( проживающие над нами с детьми, в 6 утра бегали по комнатам, и спать не реально было:((

в целом неплохо, отмечу интересным только интерактивное телевидение. можно посмотреть любой фильм на выбор( есть практически все). уют и интерьер тоже заслуживает положительной оценки.

в таком классе отеля, как апартаменты не хватает многих вещей! мыло, шампунь было только при заезде, за 3 дня никто не добавил. при существующей мини кухне отсутствовал элементарно сахар! унитаз был грязный изнутри. расположение гостиной с диваном смотрящим на умывальник вообще не укладывается в логическое понимание. кондиционер который дует только на диван вызывал только отрицательные эмоции, кстати он находится только в гостиной! благо еще не было сильно жарко, в спальне реально можно будет спариться. нет утюга, конкретный минус!!! как в апартаментах этого нет уму непостижимо. отвратительный wifi, то пропадал, то появлялся; скорость очень маленькая!
