Staff was excellent, friendly and spoke english. Very helpful.
room and spa
quality of place,comfort and sleep
Room very good , fast internet , very clean.
Breakfast place extremely bad. Breakfast time 8:00 unacceptable for business travelers. The first time I went for breakfast they guided me at a place very small and dim , nothing for breakfast they asked me what I want ....I got it in my room as it was impossible to stay there. The lady during my check in didn't talk English and the communication was impossible. The rest of the staff I met the other days was good enough.
very good location and facilities very clean very kind staff that tried to help anyway they could.
Rather misleading on the pool access - assumed included from the hotel description - paid extra. Again misleading free transfer from ...??? on reservation "Please note that free transter service is available upon request." but when asked for transfer from the airport had to pay for it but the amount was very reasonable and service very good quality. Security guards for access by car not always prompt. No coffee in the room although ketler provided - only tea.
The hotel and the spa are not connected so to get anywhere you need someone to have the key to make the lift work. Then you need to go down and pay in the spa lobby so it is not really a spa hotel and not really a hotel it is only the 3rd floor of a apartment building. Very poorly run and unprofessional staff.
Excellent customer service - friendly and knowledgeable. Airport pickup shuttle available free of charge. Comfortable beds. Extremely secure building. Within walking distance to the ocean. Luxury mall with roof top restaurant and basement grocery store next door. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We stayed in Ark palace already few times. Very nice and extremely friendly team and lovely service. Breakfast is very good. Looking forward seeing them when staying there again.
staff is very good
This new, modern, efficient and spotless hotel is almost a secret. It is a delightful 15 minute walk (or 5 minute tram ride) to Arcadia Beach and 20 minute cab ride to Odessa City Center. It is the most secure hotel I've ever stayed, boasting alert exterior guards, an austere yet modern reception area staffed by a "gatekeeper" who must personally code the elevator to access the rooms, suites and apartments of the hotel. In addition to modern and spotless residential facilities, it has connection to Ark Spa, the most comprehensive spa I have ever experienced. The room level hotel staff were polite and very helpful, although at times seemed a little confused, but with proficient English skills that more than compensated for my poor Russian language abilities. The restaurant, accessible directly from the Spa or via a series of confidential passages from the hotel, featured a comprehensive, delicious menu in a unique environment. Breakfast served in the hotel room was a huge plus for me. Overall, my experience was super-excellent. I will be returning to Odessa again in the near future and, having stayed at several other locations in Odessa, will make this hotel my preference.
Not one thing.
Good spot for spending time at the Arcadia beach during summer.
They will try and tell you that for the booked rate visits to the spa are not included even if it says so in the description on booking.com... In the end you're still in Ukraine where almost everyone wants to press out the last cent from you...
