The staff was very friendly for the most part especially as I don't speak the local language, the rooms are spartan but clean and the nightclub on premises was very happening spot and food quality was fine They were kind of cheap on the amenities I.E. soap shampoo etc and the quality of these were low, it was right near Arcadia beach and still had some sense of serenity due to the number of trees and open space on premises. Beware of the taxi service they use, Alexander grossly overcharges!

The breakfast was very poor. The staff are not friendly. Overall the hotel doesn,t correspond to the five stars, it could be a 2- 3 stars in a western country.

Funcionários muito dedicados e educados. Boa localização, próximo ao mar, bons restaurantes, supermercado, etc. Excelente sala de ginástica. Excelente restaurante. Internet muito boa. Café da manhã razoável.

Обширная территория с бассейном и фитнесс цетром, наличие площадки для стоянки автомобиля явно завышенная цена, особенно за размещение в стандарте. В целом негативных моментов не произошло, но проживание мы сократили до первых суток и переехали в другой отель за меньшие деньги с большим комфортом и номерами. соотношение цена-качество не соответствует, даже через Booking? не говоря про оригинальные цены в отеле

Дизайн номера и гостиницы внутри и снаружи! Охраняемая парковка и под окном! Удобства и услуги возле бассейна! Невкусные пирожные возле бассейна в кафе!

отель отличный, прекрасное месторасположение,хорошая территория. приветливый персонал, удобные номера. дороговат для украины. завтрак однообразный и скудный. уборка номера производится после напоминания. но все равно - спасибо за гостеприимство!

A localizacao eh a melhor de odessa, recomendo que quem for a odessa fique la, pois eh perigoso demais andar na cidade...e esse hotel eh exatamente na unica parte da cidade que eh seguro andar , aonde tem os bares e boates da cidade...o quarto eh bom tambem...e a estrutura do hotel eh otima, eh um oasis no meio da cidade esse hotel.. O pessoal do hotel tem um ingles pessimo, na h0ra de pagar eh uma complicacao, eles tentam desenrolar...mais sao enrolados demais...o restaurante do hotel nao tem cardapio em ingles, o q dificulta...

Просторный номер с большим балконом,чисто ,уютно.До моря минут 7 пешком.В целом впечатление отличное.Персонал вежливый,никаких проблем не возникло! Уборку в номере производили только после напоминания и было неприятно прийти с пляжа и обнаружить номер неубранным и полотенца прежние.Балкон большой,но общий на 3 номера,немножко неуютно себя чувствуешь.В остальнои все замечательно!

- Комфорт номера, - возможность заказать еду к определенному времени. - Не всегда была горячая вода, - один из барменов берет на себя ответственность принятия решения вместо клиента (сам решает за кого и каким образом должен оплачивать посетитель), - горничные складывают покрывало с кровати на пол под стол для багажа, - бар работает до 19 часов
