чистота, уют, дизайн и хороший персонал. конечно парковка для авто, хороший завтрак. немного трудновато найти (он спрятался за заправкой тнк)

Понравилось практически все, за некоторым исключением, не имеющим отношения к самому отелю и предоставляемым услугам. Не понравилось то что после бронирования номера, которое произошло в 22-45, мне по телнфону было сказано что свободных номеров нет, и о моей брони нет никакой информации. После этого, через час,я перезвонил повторно, решил получить подтверждение и наличии свободных номеров, или отнемнить бронирование номера, которое все же имело место быть. Девушка администратор, сказала что информация о бронировании подтверждена и я могу приехать. На мой взгляд это вглядит как попытка просто выставить меня как человека забронировавшего номер, но не подтвердившего свой заказ. Я не располагаю информацией, взималась бы с меня какая либо оплата за неподтвержденное бронирование номера, но уж точно вопросы к администрации у меня остались. К примеру что бы произошло если я просто поверил им наслово и просто забыл бы о бронировании?
