Very good staff. Perfect location. Nice breakfast. Very cosy and neat.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the room and corridor - possibly, from laundry, but it's a very minor drawback.

Receptionist spoke reasonable English and hotel was convenient (10 minutes walk) for the main railway station. Despite being on ground floor room was quiet.

The room was very nice for its price - not very big but comfortable, with tv, Wi-Fi and all the other necessary stuff. We faced the problems with water in the bathroom, but it was not the fault of hotel - it was caused by the city infrastructure problems at that very day. The hotel is located in 5 mins from the Central Railway Station, it's easy to get there on foot. The Zhulyany airport is located in 10 mins on taxi, that costs us only $5. Many thanks to the hostess, Valentina - she's very polite and always ready to help.

the possition of the hotel is excellent for my pick up meeting the inside interior is very nice avery good quality of channels the hotel staff where very help full in my needs with thier good speeking english

the houskeeping in not that qualified with very good cleaning of my room the matress was not that comfortable for my back or after along walk

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff!! Very nice, clean rooms with comfy big beds and good WiFi. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Kiev's main railway station and reasonably easy to find: exit station south side (where the airport Skybus departs), turn right and walk 200- 300m to the big Ekomarket and turn left to go up the little street another 400-500m).

The rooms could use kettles and a fridge. Breakfast costs upward of 4€ (but I didn't have it), but you can usually get a complimentary cup of real coffee/espresso (not horrid instant coffee, like almost everywhere else in the Ukraine). The shower's led control panel (you can programme music and backround sounds) and 16 different spray nozzles/heads can be daunting, but you can easily have a shower without being a rocket scientist -- though you will have to let the hot water run for many, many minutes before it comes.

First of all, I want to show my gratitude to hotel staff. Welcoming atmosphere and a friendly staff are very important for weary travelers. Room and facilities were pretty too.

No parking. It's a trouble for me, because I had to park in a lawn and worry about it. Bed, in my taste, was a bit too hard. Window in the room looks out on the street, so in the morning I was awaken with the noise of passers by.

Hotel has good location and friendly personel. Full renovated, but in my point - very expensive and with bad taste. Room has ordinary size. You can stay here without doubts.

There was no light near the beds and no mirrors. My wife was disappointed in this.

The personal touch and the hotel staff. We were there for the Euro 2012 and when the TV in the hotel room did not view the game we were offered to borrow a laptop to stream the game.

The location could have been better, although it was quite easy to take a taxi to the city centre.

Victoria, the receptionist/duty manager was a delight....good english and a credit to the hotel...she was extremely helpful. Hotel very convenient for town and good value considering we were there in the middle of the football.

All else: room, bed, location etc. This is a "24 hours hotel" which means that you can rent rooms for various time spans and purposes. We stayed during Euro 2012 which meant that prices were ridiculous. If prices are lower again, and you don't mind the "24 hours" context, perhaps this can be regarded as a budget hotel.

Good design, comfortable rooms, nice & friendly staff, close to the city center (just 15 minutes on the subway), distance from the hotel to subway station is about 500 meters

близость метро, недорогие цены, хороший и отзывчивый персонал (последняя просьба с салом просто повысила их карму в несколько раз), кофе-чай всегда принесут в номер, отличный душ с радио и вентилятором внутри (разберетесь с управлением - будет вам счастье, но это дело наживное), чистота в номере (даже взятое по ошибке полотенце постирали и вернули:) ), тв, интернет, мягкая кровать. все было ок:)

как оказалось, близость метро может быть минусом. отель находится возле вокзала, поэтому в метро постоянно очередь просто пипец какая, подушки даже для любителей поменьше оказались просто маааленькими:) неравномерная подача воды в душе - то теплая зашкаливает, то холодная. слышимость в коридоре - наплевать, но если храпят в другом номере, хочется сделать ритуальное сожжение соседей. интернет временами тормозил, видимо, роутер стоит один, и пропускная его возможность невысокая. в кофе меню не нашлось места многим видам стандартного кофе. в целом, это конечно, придирки, не более чем. больше плюсов, причем значительно.
