удобное расположение (приезжали на концерт в Palace Ukraina - это буквально дорогу перейти), до крещатика можно неторопясь дойти минут за 30-40. до метро тоже очень близко - только из подъезда выйти. по сути дела эти апартаменты - обычная однокомнатная кварира с мебелью и техникой, ну а что еще нужно не самому богатому человеку, решившему на недельку съездить в киев? :)

Очень удобное расположение квартиры, есть все необходимое для проживания, приятный, простой дизайн, чистота. невзрачный и темный подъезд)

Удобное расположение около метро "Палац Украины". По сути обычная однокомнатная квартира с мебелью, телевизором, кухней, посудой, стиральной машиной, холодильником и кондиционером. Есть балкон. Быстрый WiFi. Рядом рынок. За свои деньги - самое то. Стрёмный тёмный двор и подъезд. Вечером возвращаться неприятно. В ванной комнате грязно, видно, что там очень давно не убирались. (плесень на стенах и занавеске)
