Nice and hospitable staff, really good breakfast: juices, several kinds of cheese, fruits, delicious cakes. I had great time spent in SPA as well: sauna and massage.

I loved the hotel. Actually I felt in love with the City Club Hotel. Very cool, fresh and clean. I am not sure when the hotel was built exactly but it looked very new to me. Rooms are superior. I had a huge tv and an ac. Very comfortable bed and extremely comfortable pillows. I liked my shower gel and the conditioner for the hair. I’ve stayed there for a couple of days. Every morning you get a free bottle of water (a very nice one) and a candy. I was very happy that the room came with a quite big kettle, some tea and coffee. It was a big bonus for me, because I drink a lot of tea in the evening and I can’t start the day without my coffee. They have a quite fast Wi-Fi. Which is always nice. The location was amazing. Could not ask for more. It’s a very nice and safe area. The bus stop is 1 min away. (literally 1 min). Its 7-10 min away from the centre of the city. If you have a car I have some good news for you. The parking is free! And its very secure. The staff were great! Totally professional and helpful. Even the housekeeping was very friendly and polite. Finally the price. Lets talk about that. I think its one of the cheapest hotels you can find in the city. However, you feel like you are staying in a very expensive one. To sum up, the City Club Hotel is a very nice choice due to their service, location and a very low price. I would definitely stay here again. Well done! Keep up a good work!

close to the airport & not far to city-center

The staff were very helpful, they take care of us very well and the hotel is well organized. We were surprised about the hotel and the good service we have received. City Club Hotel is a perfect hotel to stay. We received excellent service from the hotel. We specially would like to thanks and mention the great help we have received from the Director. The Director is a great person. He really take great care of his guests.

Have nothing negative to say. Everything was amazing!

At first glance this hotel appears to be quite remote from the main stream however, with minimum difficulty it is readily accessible to public transportation (buses/metro) which connects you to just about anywhere you want to go. It is a very new hotel and well maintained. Very convenient to the Kharkov Airport. Staff are polite, helpful and professional.

Breakfast is a disappointment; lack of selection and quantity available.

Отличное обслуживание, хорошие условия, огромным плюсом можно назвать вызов такси администратором, завтраки с 8 до 11, наличие бани на территории отеля.

не очень близко от центра, пешком далековато. ближайшее метро в 2 км. можно доехать до центра на автобусе или маршрутке

Завтраки - необходимо разнообразить и готовить в достаточном кол-ве. Улучшить наполнение бара на ресепшн (кончилось разливное пиво и был только один сорт).

Була нещодавно у Харкові, в готелі "CIty Club". Не дивлячись на те,що готель не маленький (40 номерів), я почувалася в ньому дуже затишно. Номери чисті та охайні, колектив дуже привітний та гостинний. Різноманітний та смачний сніданок, також мала змогу добре повечеряти у ресторані. Мені залюбки допомогли з валізами при в'їзді ти виїзді з готелю, дуже дякую за повагу та гарний сервіс. Навіть у деяких столичних готелях не бачила такого відверто-привітного персоналу. Ще раз дякую, обов'язково прийду до Вас наступного разу !

La gentilezza del personale, la stanza ampia, comoda e pulita. Ottimo wi-fi gratuito.

La colazione dolce è quasi inesistente. Meglio quella salata.

Отличное соотношение цена-результат. Чистые, хорошие, большие номера.

С завтраком надо что-то решать - очень слабоват. Это главный недостаток отеля.

Обслуживание персонала отеля

Сильно прокуренный номер. Ресторан - маленькие порции, очень тонкая нарезка. Например. Порция жаркое выход 450 гр принесли примерно 200г . А то и меньше. В овощном гарнире "сложный гарнир" огурцы были нарезаны как на украшение тонкой полоской в 2 -3 мм. После подобного ужина возвращаться на следующий день в ресторан не было никакого желания, пришлось ужинать в другом месте в городе.

Очень приветливый персонал. Удобное расположение.Уютные номера.

Ресторан работает до 23 00.

обслуговування, й задум самого готелю й його класу/типу/зірковості - ціна

рівень виконання, ремонту чи будівництва, всюди є мілкі недоробки й огріхи в номері, складається враження ніби робили дуже наспіх й аби як. При розрахунку за міні-бар персонал не встратив можливості заробити лишні декілька гривень назвавши й порахувавши більшу ціну ніж була в прайсі мінібару.

В стрике вещей было отказано (просьба была 31.12 вечером),поскольку прачечная не работала - альтернативы не предложили; при поптке погладить вещи выяснилось, что оба утюга не работают, альтернативы опять таки не предложили.
