Cosmopolite Hotel    

Changing of the bed linen after three days, it's too long. After registration of couple, each security man asks: "This girl registered?" :(

No spa facility

The staff, room and the whole hotel were perfect.

There was only one disadvantage for me and my friends - location. It was hard to find hotel without a map at the first time. There was no any billboards or indicators where people could find information about the hotel and its location.

Everything was perfect and a really helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet! The room was spacious and tidy. The place of the hotel is really good although not in the city centre, near a metro station.

Room's design (and hotel's on the whole), rich breakfast, friendly stuff, shopping center right across the street.

Location

At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. But it actually has a giant shopping complex next door, plenty of good restaurants, the metro station is very close and there is quite a large park a little further away. The breakfast was also decent and the room had kettle facilities. Staff was also pleasant, helpful and all spoke English.

Sealed air conditioned rooms, so the room got quite stuffy, although you can ask a member of staff to open the window for you. There is no where in the local area that we found that you could relax and enjoy the sun, so needed to get the metro somewhere else.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms and design, good breakfast. Fitness room available. Well located in front of a big supermarket. A restaurant is just close to the hotel.

Hotel is very nice, brand new and excellent modern design. Even you have a large supermarket in front where you can buy everything to ear, drink, etc.

Really nice and luxurious hotell! The staff knows english more than the most in Kiev.. Not perfect but good enough :) Their restaurant serves excellent food, good prices. They also make their one beer :) Just around the corner is a big cinema and mall.

The location is not great.. It is kind of in the middle of nothing. Apart from the mall and cinema there is not much to do. Takes about 15 min with cab to the city with shops, bars and sightseeing and costs around 5-8 euro.

Very clean, cosy rooms. Nice restaurants. Modern design. 100% recommended!

Poor wireless inside the room, but good-working in the lobby and restaurants.

It was too hot in room at night and it was not possible to open the window wide enough for a fresh air.

Gym is awsome!

Restaurant is open only till 22hs and there is no so many options to eat around. Location is not so good, only one mall beside and nothing else.

A lovely design hotel, breakfast is very good. Location is convenient.

No spa facilities, some noise from the street

Almost like a great art gallery. You get to breathe the air of mother russia, plus the spoiling comfort. Also there is a neighboring large shopping mall.

Just prices are a bit steep compared to other four stars around.

It is a nice hotel. Breakfast is good. English is good.

Room is small. Bed is hard. Staf never laugh and will not look into your eyes.

They haven't atm in the hotel (closest in 300m from lobby in other building - not good idea for walking in dark night)

Everything was good. Very new and modern hotel. Definately will stay again.

Window in room was closed, you need to ask on reception to open it. Minibar is quite poor, no alcohol. But these are not big issues. In general I like the hotel and definately will stay again.

Good hotel with very nice design. Clean room. Excellent wifi connection.

Restaurant is good but you must pay it separately from the room. Add a wellness center more then the nice fitness room would be vergood.
