Professional staff, all spoke good English; very spacious rooms of bygone times' proportions, immaculately presented; good breakfast. Conveniently situated for city centre, but far enough from traffic noise to be peaceful. Good price.

Friendly staff and wonderful old building. The room was excellent and the hotel's within walking distance of the station and the centre.

The staff were extra friendly, especially by Ukrainian standards. The bed was cozy enough. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station.

It's an old facility that's over a hundred years old, so it sort of has that old, musty antique smell. But nothing terrible. The shower was mediocre; I would have preferred a modern faucet. It was a pleasant May day, the fact that it had no air conditioning wasn't a factor. But it might have been in August.

The location was fine.. close to the train station and the center was only a short walk. the building itself, is old and very pretty. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed it even with the few things I did not like

The included breakfast was subpar and delivered as sort of a buffet by a surly individual who acted like he had better things to do.. The coffee was, at best, lukewarm. Although they advertised free wifi in the hotel, they should have said free wifi in the lobby and dining room because that was the only place it actually worked.

bed is terrible. they do not have a single matt on a double bed. there is no wi-fi in the rooms

Receptionist spoken good English and was very helpful. The hotel has a restaurant but it closes at 1700 and she suggested several places to get an evening meal. The one I went to was very good. My room was of a standard Eastern European heavy wood type that was perfectly acceptable although some updating will shortly be required.

Breakfast was supposed to be from 0700 but although the room was open nothing was immediately available. The receptionist did arrange for some food to be prepared which was very good.

Lack of wifi in my room (as it was stated in www.booking.com) and there was no discount to not to fulfill the basic requirements They did not succeed in providing me a rented car in 2 days. Too expensive (a Skoda Fabia...60 euros per day!) and bad service. They've to improve this service to clients; faster, cheaper and easier. Basic breakfast.

Beautiful ancient building, almost in the city centre. Spacious and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was no internet in our room, we had to go downstairs to the lobby.

The hotel is easy walking distance from the train station. I had a very big room with sofa and table, tv, big double bed. The hotel itself is a beautiful classical building. Breakfast was also good.

Very big rooms with double bed for 1 person and sofa-bed, nice bathroom and air-conditioned. Kind staff. Great location, near the old centre and the railway station.

Breakfast is not very plentiful and varied.

Взагалом сподобалось все. Інтер'єр, вигляд з вікон.

Заявлений "Wifi" в самому номері був дуже слабким. Смартфон не тягнув взагалі, через ноутбук - краще, але не можливо було поспілкуватись в скайпі з відео.

Hotel położony blisko centrum w pobliżu dworca.jest to budynek historyczny,b ładny,odrestaurowany, nazwa pochodzi od nazwy państwa austria, z tyłu budynku jest bezpłatny parking,śniadanie jest zawarte w cenie pokoju ( jajko sadzone,wedliny ,,sery,dżem,kawa,herbata- B.smaczne),miałem pokój standardowy-ogromny!!!składał się z dwóch pokoi!!!łazienka ok sprzątane pokoje codziennie I wymieniane ręczniki,mydło itp, w pokojach są szklanki I zabudowana mała lodówka

очень близко к вокзалу,а мы уезжали поездом в3часа ночи,будет такси или не будет,пешком 5минут.очень удобно.а вообще все хорошо,чисто,тихо.

Erg mooie kamers wij hadden een heke ruime kamer ,en vriendelijk personeel.Wij werden goed geholpen bij onze verdere reis

Het onbijtbuffet was minimaal ,en we moesten steeds vragen om suiker ,dan weer om boter enz.

Krásný dům blizko centra. Vybavení je už trochu ohmatané, ale celek má skvělou atmosféru.

Snídaně není o moc lepší než je na Ukrajině zvykem.

Frühstück ist nur mittelmäßig und - wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt - wenig abwechslungsreich.

Bien situé par rapport au centre de la ville. A la réception, si vous ne parlez ni ukrainien ni russe on vous parlera anglais.
