Downtown Apartments

I liked that apartment is in the center of the city. I could easily get to any place I need: business center, cafes, restaurants, park, square....

Unfortunately, there weren't TV-channels in English.

Good price, comfortable.

Good central location.

Was not so easy to get hold of people to ask questions.

Used apartments at Revolucii street, 13: pretty rooms in the real downtown. Narrow old street, interesting art-cafe-club "Agata" nearby, quiet district, but not far from the active center of the city. Notice: Svobody 7 -- is the office, apartments are round the city

Good location and good staffs's attention

WIFI did not work. The appartment was not very clean. Old soviet time house where facilities where in bad state. Difficult to find the appartment at night.

Location in the city center. Hospitality - Petrovskii street is not so busy and modern windows of the apartment are good to stop the street noise. Apartments (4 people) have two large rooms, enough for two couples or company of friends. Bathroom and air-conditioner are in good shape. Bed-clothes are clean despite of previous complaints on that item on Booking.com

Wi-Fi connection did not work. Access point is OK but no uplink to internet provider. It seems that owners of the apartments did't pay to the provider. In the kitchen not enough pans, plates and tea cups, the electric boiler did not switch off automatically - be careful! In refrigerator the temperature control knob is fixed by adhesive tape.

Downtown Apartments charged my cc twice for the same service.Without authorization No water or little pressure so no shower they were Roaches Customer Can not speak english Do not go to Downtown Apartments

The appartment was clean and had an authentic feel to it. Taxi was paid by hosts to get from the office to the appartment.

the appartment was very hard to find even by taxi at first arrival. there was a bed missing, solved by airmatras that was not comfortable. we had to go get the airmatras at the office because there were no spare keys to the appartment. the cleaning lady was more then 2 hours late to retrieve the keys. tv's didn't work.

Excellent value for money. Friendly office staff and a good location with easy metro links.

A bit misleading with the booking. You go to the main offices in the main square. Once there they pay for a taxi to the apartment.

It is terrible, downtown apartment is actually not apartment, it is only agent. Once we booked, they will nominate other apartment in different location that you probably do not like. The staffs are terrible, most of them do not speak English. The appartment that I stayed in Rymarska 23a, Kharkiv, is clean but so smelty coming from the waste water drainage. Outside of theroom was so dirty.

It was near a subway station

We booked for 4 persons, and there where only 2 beds. (After complaining they provided us aerobeds, but that was still far from ideal) We had only cold water in the shower It smelled horrible. There were cockroaches al over the place. They promised to give back out deposit on the day of leave, but untill now(2 days back home) we did not see any money back yet. TIP: NEVER BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION!!!!!!

After going through a worn down area of streat, it was impressing to come into the apartment. Very modern and made for relaxing.

I felt the bed hard. The enviroment streat and building outside is worn down badly.

-The location of the hotel is stated at the site as if it is on Svobody Square. You can find the focal point on that square but apartments are scatterred through the city as far as I understood. It creates confusion. Please correct this mistake because it does not happen so rare. Thanks.

It is not downtown and It is not the same that at the map from booking.com At the Apartments are not cleanly and bad smell

Downtown apartments is not a hotel, but apartments of private persons booked through a broker. There was a kitchen modestly equipped to enable cooking of simple meals. No tipping, since there is no service. The apartment was fairly spacious.

No internet, even though I paid extra to have it included. Location not at all central. No tv, no radio. Bad odor from bathroom. Lobby and elevator in terrible state. Hard to recommend this service, unless you put a very high premium on having a kitchen.

хорошее расположение! рядом с площадью свободы! бронировал аппартаменты на 10 человек. а в итоге это две квартиры в одном подъезде. одна в подвале в виде подводной лодки "батискаф" на 4 человек. и квартира на 4 этаже "деревенский домик" на 6 человек. в обеих комнатах есть вай фай.. в общем квартиры хорошие но сервис ой как надо подтянуть!

информация от персонала расходится с точностью и наоборот!!! я попросил раннее заселение! мне ответили положительно: "зселяйтесь в 10:00 и что офис работает с 09:00". по итогу офис работает с 10:00 и заселили нас с 12 притом что когда мы пришли горничная еще убиралась. всё это потому кто то перед нами внезапно заселился.могли бы оповестить по телефону или эл. почте. в общем девушка в офисе даже слушать не хотела о том что говорила её коллега которая подтвердила раннее заселение! в квартире батискаф очень медленно сливается вода из ванны по этому грязь остается на стенках.

на момент моего приезда было много свободных апартаментов и меня поселили в апартаменты на категорию выше,нежели я заказывал, но по той же цене. Очень приятно, что персонал заботиться о клиенте и о всех его пожеланиях. Квартира оказалась в пяти минутах ходьбы от офисного здания, в который я приезжал по рабочим вопросам.

До моего вселения горничная не успела убрать, пришлось подождать пока девушка доубирала, но все сделали, как я просил.

Приехала ночью, поехала сразу на квартиру,следуя телефонным инструкциям менеджера.Огромная джакузи,разные подсветки в квартире(можно выбирать),дизайнерский необычный ремонт ,камин,вай фай,все удобства,все работает,все есть,месторасположение самый центр,

В квартире отсутсвуют окна,но есть иллюминаторы,если на сутки-двое,то хорошо,если больше-не подойдет

скидки на проживание, близость номера к центру и метро, оснащение номера.

незаметна уборка перед заселением, полуподвальный номер.

Всё было замечательно, спасибо работникам отеля!

Очень понравилось, что при наличии достаточного количества свободных апартаментов,персонал предоставляет номер на категорию, а то и на две выше. А так же, не потребовалось времени на регистрацию и заполнение договора, так как я снимала второй раз уже апартаменты-достаточно было просто прийти в офис-забрать ключ и адрес, которые персонал фирмы заботливо приготовил для меня заранее.

По каким-то непонятным причинам не смогла подключится к вай-фаю, и уборка была не первой свежести-объяснили это тем,что квартира несколько дней не сдавалась, но быстро среагировали и прислали горничную на переуборку.
