- perfect location in the center of the city - friendly and helpful staff - nice and clean room - inexpensive compared to other offers (we stayed during a busy season)

- wifi wasn't always the fastest but there are many wifi spots around so it's not a problem at all - not much space in the room, which is ok if you come to explore the city and not stay indoors

The biggest advantage of the hotel is very good location. It's just 3 min from Potiomkin stairs! They also have nice interior design. Rooms are big enough.

It smells horribly from the bathroom. It must be old pipes. Also be prepared to pay couple % more when paying by card not cash. They don't mention it anywhere and just say "I know"!

There are some problems with the pipes. From time ot time unpleasant smell in the bathroom appears.

right in the center, just 1 minute from Deribassovskaya, the rooms are nice, with good bed, there is free parking near the hotel, excellent to stay in the center

Clean, nice, although a small room, newly renovated, comfortable bed, nice plasma TV, the presence of the kettle in the room, dressing gowns and various bathroom accessories. Very good location.

It was difficult to find it, no signboards. The name of the hotel was written on the paper from the yard side. It seems that hotel's owners bought several communal apartments in the living house. Reception is on the 3th floor, our room was on 2nd - and everybody can come on the 2nd floor.

Location is the only good thing.

Awful smell of sewerage in the most rooms. Many mistakes with booking. You better call them with detailed confirmation before arrival. Keep in mind that they wouldn't upgrade your room even if it is not what you have booked and there are no more rooms with your price level. Owner don't want to discuss any issues with the service. Rooms are squeezy and dark. Small windows, no high light in the rooms. We ordered this hotel for 5 days but escaped after one night stay.

Reception stuff was not willing to fix the problems; room maids were much more friendly than a girl at the reception. Paying by a credit card is +3% extra charge. No restaraunt No parking The water in the bathroom was not drained so after taking a short shower we had to ask room service to clean the bathroom again.

Close to the old town if you care. Well (over) decorated room. New quiet air conditioner. Actually, the conditioner was the best thing in this place. And the carpet in the corridor.

Entrance hard to find (so the taxman never comes!). Staircase is under construction. We (5 men) booked twin rooms just to find they only have double rooms. The receptionist was surprised that in English "twin" means separate beds. The manager was surprised that the receptionist called her for consultation at 11pm. "Never again call me at this hour. Solve this issue by yourself but in any case, dont give them the upgrade (to twin lux)"- we heard her say. Rooms (double of course) were new but not functioning- shower water was about to flood the whole room every time we used it, curtains were hesitant to move, TV had "no signal" just as Euro2012 Germany-Portugal match was about to start. “You pressed some wrong buttons (all 3 rooms). It will work in 15min.” No discounts were proposed, on the contrary, we paid 3% commission and felt very much guilty for paying with credit card. We had to beg her to write us the check. "Is there anything nice you can offer here?"-I asked. "Here. Take a candy."- said the receptionist with a warm ironic smile.

when booking the price was 46dollars a night(usa), when paying i was charged equevellent to 80 dollars, so i left after i night ,not very happy, great pity because i liked the place, and i am not pleased, i do you use booking.com, normally!!!!!!!! have to think twice again !!!

Отличное месторасположение, все достопримечательности исторического центра в пешей доступности. Вежливый, приветливый, отзывчивый персонал. Двухэтажный номер очень удобный. На какие либо просьбы персонал реагирует мнгновенно. Чисто и уютно. Отель подходит как для деловой поездки, как для семейного отдыха, так и для пар и для друзей.

Это скорее не то что не понравилось, а то что является на мой взгляд странно. Нас отдыхало трое и требовалась дополнительная кровать, хотя на первом этаже есть диван - странно, что он не раскладной и странно то что девушка не ресепшен не знала сколько стоит дополнительная кровать. На следующий день другая девушка все же нас расчитала сообщив, что кровать стоит 300 гривен за ночь. Расчитав нас за 2 суток (3-е гостей с дополнительной кроватью) - 14 767,94 рубля тотал. Возвращаясь в Москву мне позвонили из отеля и сообщили что общитали нас на 300 гривен ))) - это скорее приятно, чем нет. Обещали вернуть )))

Останавливаемся второй раз и довольны. Есть положительные изменения: исчез запах в ванной, отремонтирован холл и лифт.

Попросил поменять полотенца. Администратор кивнула и согласилась. По итогу после прогулки вижу, что эти же мокрые полотенца висят на полотенцесушителе.

Понравилось месторасположение, вежливый персонал, чистота и интерьер. Мебель новая, постельное белье чистое. Каждый день убирались.

В отеле питание не предусмотрено.
