There is no the sign of the Hotel name and the hotel is located behind building in small street and I could not find the entrance door. The Hotel is very small and didn't have any heating in the room.

The plus is the price, helpful staff, wi-fi and quite a good location.

The hotel is not the glassy building shown on the picture. It is cheat. In fact it is just one flor of the building on the back yard connected to the one shown on the picture. On top of that there is no lift. There are onging building works so you could hear them all day long. Rooms are small. Breakfast is served in plastic box, like in cheapest kanteene. Atmosfere can put you down like in most Ukrainian Hotels of this kind.

A lot of thinks: The shower without water, no pression, no hot water. They change the bath towel every 3 days... Really Te room without dark- curtain, at 5 am the room was full of light The building with work. At 8 they start the work and you stop to sleep. You can ear the others Customer when.... Sleep The Quality of forniture was really bad and we had the "Junior Suite". I suggest to change in 2 star hotel.

The energy was off all the time because there were constructions on the building. We had to use candles to have light in the room. Besides that, the room was very small and the shower made strange noises, if you were moving in it. The bed was hard. I had some back pain in the morning. And the receiver for the TV was laying on the TV at the wall. This looked very strange and doesn't fit in any way to elegancy. In general, this was just a nice designed hallway with about 10 rooms and and a reception. No breakfast room. I would never stay in this hotel again and I am surprised about it's good ratings by other people.

we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel - very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. We arrived late during the night and been greeted by very nice girl at the reception(sorry, dont remember her name). Staff is very polite and very helpful. As per our request they booked a taxi transfer from the airport to meet us. Breakfast is very good and as per our opinion too big. Thanks again for your warm welcome, would def stay again.

the only downside, there is no lift, but all rooms located on first(second by ukrainian standard) floor.

The staff were both friendly and very helpful.

My only criticism is that access is difficult even for able bodied people as the hotel is on the 2nd. floor without an elevator. Carrying a 23kilo case up 3 flight of stairs was challenging.

This is a new hotel so the rooms are very clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I visit Kiev I normally stay in an apartment but on this trip I had only one night in Kiev so chose the hotel option. I know Kiev fairly well so the location was fine by me. It is a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas but the metro station is close. The metro is at the main train station, a five minute walk. I did not take the breakfast as I prefer my favourite cafe. There is a choice of breakfast which I believe is delivered to your room. There is no dining room or restaurant in the hotel but there are many places to eat close by. More than happy to recommend this hotel.

Receptionists, impeccable cleaning, peaceful atmosphere and very good Wi-Fi connection.

It's very hard (verging on impossible) to control water temperature in the bathroom - it's either extremely hot or totally cold. Hard to get anything in between.

Very modern, clean and confortable, just at 5min walking from the train station. The best is the low price and the high quality. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This building is under construction. So it doesn"t look nice(( The space inside is not enough& the price was too high (300euro) I could not take a shower fist time because there was no water pressure of some reason, so next morning I even haven't toilet, because they turned off electricity in the building for some reason. Personal - not professionals((( It took 35 minutes to check out((((

The hotel is a construction site, noisy all day long, very poor entrance and signage. The room is very small, the price should of been half of what it costs. Breakfast was a joke, Staff was nice and very apologetic, I would never return to this hotel.

It was brand new, so the rooms were very clean and they looked very good. The air conditioning/heating system worked pretty well. The bed was really comfortable.

Some of the staff didn't speak good (or enough) English. It doesn't have a bar, only the reception, the corridor and the rooms. The refrigerator stopped working when leaving the room (they were connected to the normal electric system, which stops functioning when taking the card out). When it worked, it didn't cool enough. The breakfast was too expensive for its quality, not for its variety or quantity though. They bring it from outside and you have to eat it in your room.

Small brandnew hotel with 7 rooms. Rooms are smal, but clean. Shower is beautiful and 8 types of breakfest, serverd on your room.

Удобное расположение, недалеко от ЖД вокзала. 15 минут до метро Университет или Вокзальная. Приветливый персонал; небольшой, но вполне уютный номер для двоих.

Из 3-х дней, что мы там жили, в номере приходили убираться только 1 раз. Завтрак не входит в стоимость отеля, а зря: для своей категории отель берет довольно серьезную сумму. Для примера: в Питере за теже деньги мы жили на Невском с видом на проспект из окна + завтрак, входивший в стоимость. А тут - вид на стройку и до интересных достопримечательностей неблизко.

обслуживание: - уборка в номере не производилась за время проживания ни разу; - уборка после предыдущего постояльца произведена небрежно; - смена постельного белья не производилась (хотя в правилах проживания указано, что она производится 1 раз в 3 дня); - в здании, где расположен отель, и на прилегающей территории производится ремонт, соответственно, в номере очень шумно с самого утра; - персонал отеля не расположен к помощи (хамства нет, но нет и желания помочь); - аптечка по моей просьбе предоставлена не была (хотя в правилах прохивания обозначено, что она предоставляется бесплатно).

Am Hotel ist eine große Baustelle. Man erreicht das Hotel durch einen Hinterhof welcher Nachts nicht beleuchtet ist und dann steht man vor verschlossener Tür (Nachts um 2:00 Uhr). Erst nach Minutenlangen Sturmklingeln wurde die Tür über Türöffner geöffnet. Die junge Frau hatte an ihrem Gast kein Interesse und sprach so gut wie kein Englisch. Am Montag wurden wir von einem höllsichen Baulärm geweckt, so dass man sich nur schreiend verständigen konnte. Meine Weigerung für diese Nacht zu bezahlen wurde mit Unverständnis begegnet. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Nach hartem Feilschem wurde die letzte Nacht dann abgezogen.

Завтраки, стоит придумать чуть более нейтральное меню, а то для себя так ничего и не выбрал.

Очень доброжелательные девушки на ресепшн.

Жили в полулюксе. Очень хороший персонал, девочки вежливые, гостеприимные, отвечали на все вопросы (приезжали первый раз посмотреть достопримечательности Киева, поэтому возникало много вопросов). Отель чистый, номера уютные

Не понравилось что под окнами идет стройка и что в завтрак не входил в стоимость отеля.

Расположен рядом в вокзалом.
