Flatlux Apartments in City Center Area

Teisel ööl anti mulle korter mujal kui nende hotellis ja korterit oli raske leida ja see oli kohtutalt halvas korras majas, sissekäik hoovi poolt ja väga räpane. Imelik oli see et ostsin nende lehelt hotellitoa ja oli arusaamatu et tegelikult sain korteri.

The flat has been cleaning daily very good, the location is really good, there are a lot of 24h restaurants, drugstore and a food&trade malls two minutes far from there. There's nice French bakery next to the Greguar appartments. In a minute of walk there is underground °Olimpiyskaya°station.

Luxury appartment for very small money. Everything is perfect, starting from location near the city center to interior and facilities provided. The room is very big, clean and has everything you need even for a long stay. It also has blackout curtains, which allows you to get rest whenever you need it.

The only thing that disappointed me were the doors that were too thin so I could hear other guests shouting something loudly from the outside.

- On the same block as Olympic stadium metro station - Very friendly and helpful service personnel, most of which speak good English - Although entrance is a bit bad the apartment itself was very neat, tidy, new and got everything we needed

- Airport transfer by Flatlux was about twice more expensive as my trip back there with a local taxi driver - Its quite high upstairs and there is no elevator

They have put us at another adress in another flat who wasn't half as "luxury" as the one on the foto's in internet. It was not perfect for toerists, i don't care about that but i wouldn't recommand it . There was no service at all

That's good deal for those who planning a short visit to Kiev.

Photos have nothing to do with real flats' interiors. Secondly, I had horrible check-out. They forgot to inform us about check-out time. Suddenly in the morning a terrible old lady knocked on our door and started screaming that we should go out immediately.

When booking you can't select the particular address. You need to call to the office to select what you prefer.

flatlux apartment is not great place not many stuff in the kitchen very poor .before we go to the apatment ground floor very dirty and orible smell.

Price for the apartment is quite high, however, it was significantly lower than other apartments in the City Center area.

Apartment in a horrible post-Soviet era house. Room itself was not clean, mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the kitchen.

I enjoyed the stay. The host was very helpful with me and stayed late to recieve me as I arrived a little later.

The flat was excellent but it's important for everybody in Ukraine providing services like this that the lift/elevator belongs actually to the flat. It should work and it should not smell of human urine.

Every apartment I've booked with FlatLux was matching the description. They all were clean and well furnished with internet access provided. I was there during Euro 2012, and If I had to go back to Kiev, I would definitely rent a flat from Flatlux

The location might not be really central, but the subway station is very close, so it's not really an issue

Constant need of router reboot. Not too annoying, but could be improved.

Perfect for 1-2 nights, if you are planning only sightseeing. Relatively clean, has good bathroom with a new shower.

It is very tiny, everything. Also I was a little disappointed with communication. We agreed by e-mail with the hotel to pay cash, I exchanged the money, but it turned out they charged my credit card. Only fair to say that I never communicated this disappointment to the company, maybe they would've agreed to take cash and return the money to the C.card. Wifi never worked even though we called and addressed the issue.

Nothing! Horrible service and stuff. This place and the country is not capable on providing services by international standards.

People who works in the office.

The only thing that negatively influences this comment, is the location of the apartment. But this may not be the case for other travellers. It is in fact inside Kiev, and well situated, however we had hoped to be in the center of town....with more immediate access to restaurants, clubs...etc.

the apartments are spacious and ideal for businessgroups and families

the service is bad. the key you need to fetch somewhere else in Kiev. this unlogical and not convienient. During our visit the toiletseat broke. although it seems logical that it is fixed immediately this does not happen, instead you have to pay a fine!

Sobre todo me ha gustado la muy buena calidad a ese precio. Vale la pena pagar por algo asi. Muy buena ubicacion.

Dass der Taxifahrer vom Flughafen in die Stadt doppelt so viel verlangt hat, wie derjenige von der Stadt zum Flughafen!
