Very nice and super clean. My luxe category suite was awesome. Spacious, with 2 rooms, and excellent bathroom, which to me is always very important. Personnel was very nice and friendly. I stayed here during winter holiday season and hotel looked beautifully decorated.

Egg omelette for breakfast buffet could be great. Or just more hot food.

Beautiful new hotel situated in a lovely park, everything (furniture, etc) looks brand new, rooms are very cozy and nicely decorated, colours tones are warm and attractive, all is comfortable in general. You can see pretty squirrels from the window quite often - interesting detail. Breakfast is good enough. Next time in business trip I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast is good. Waiter in a restaurant is insolent and not attentive to a clients needs/requests.

Location is perfect right inside the forest, 5 minutes walk from metro station, the hotel is newly built and and has the good restaurant "Pivnii Sad".

Great Hotel for it's price! Situated near the big green park, 10-15 min walk from the metro-station. Very stylish rooms, everything new and nice. Tasty breakfasts. Didn't expect such a good quality for these price! Enjoyed a lot!!!

Everything was ok even Perfect. New Premium Class hotel located 5 minutes walk from metro station. Breakfest were perfect (each different meal).

Lack of wifi on the 3rd floor. But on my request, they've changed my room where wifi works properly.

Very good restaurant and friendly stuff. The quality of meals as beer was outstanding. The standard of hotel is definetely worth money.

The Park Hotel Golosievo is a very nice hotel that is well organized with professional staff. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Everything was wonderful

The "Park Hotel Golosievo", in an inner city, well organized, and beautiful hotel any traveler would enjoy staying in. The staff at the Park Hotel are professional well educated travel specialists that really strive to cater to their clients. As an American that doesn't speak the foreign of the Ukraine the staff was very helpful to me. The restaurant at the Park Hotel is definitely a four to five star restaurant. They serve beautifully prepared healthy cuisine that is delicious. Although I do not drink alcohol their bar is ready and professional. I think almost an amenity any guest at the Park Hotel Golosievo desired the staff would do their best to accommodate them. I will always stay at the Park Hotel Golosievo if I return to Kiev. Security at this hotel is very good and honestly the area, the park adjoining the sides and back of this hotel are secure as well. Their is a bike rental service at the Park Hotel and the bikes rented are in good condition and well maintained. This is a great feature because a renter can ride a bike in the adjoining park on the many trails in the park. The adjoining park has row boat and paddle boat rental. It is nice place to go and exercise. Overall the "Park Hotel Golosievo" an excellent place to stay in the inner city portion of Kiev, Ukraine.

I smoke cigarettes and I would have liked to be able to smoke in the room. I am sure they have rooms available for smokers. Their are plenty of places outside to smoke.

Conditions overall and the surroundings (of a Garden / Park).

The cost of the transport from the Hotel to the Airport (almost the double of the normal price). Staff have difficulty on speaking English.

Nice,green hotel. Manager of the restaurant Olga, was very nice, helpful and client-oriented, although she was busy with the big party serving.

Guy in the reception, not qualified absolutely, was mixing up simple things, asked money for a baby cot that was already included in the price. The buffet was very poor. The staff in the restaurant very unfriendly, I was ready to pay for their smile. When i asked for a piece of lemon with tea, it looked like I asked for one million dollar.

Очень понравилось расположение в парке, недалеко от центра города. Лес, белочки, шикарное дерево прив ходе в отель (старинный дуб). Красивый отель, оформлен в современном стиле. Прекрасные завтраки. Разнообразное меню. Всем рекомендую.

Расположен практически в огромном парке, вы в городе, но на природе. Далековато от центра, но это не напрягает, а наоборот радует. Прекрасный воздух, птицы, белки. Очень симпатичный ресторан, хороший персонал

Современный отель. Чисто и уютно. Отличный дизайн.Приличный завтрак. Вечером в ресторане можно вкусно поесть и выпить. Рекомендую!

все было на высоком уровне! очень отзывчивый администратор ресепшена иван дружелюбно помог мне с заказом цветов, и вообще был молодец! номер нам тоже понравился.

не могу так же восхититься уровнем обслуживания в ресторане. оставляет желать лучшего..

Неплохой отель, приличная кровать, отличные подушки, ближе к хорошему завтрак, ресторан при отеле - интерьер на 5, кухня на 4. Вроде у дороги, но тихо,птички поют-раслабляющий отель.

Откровенных минусов нет.Немного улучшитькачество и размер полотенец и без напоминаний предоставлять второй комлект- и совсем не будет минусов.

Отель прям удивил своей идеальностью Долго выбирали на сайте сомневались .но остановились на этом по отзывам Приехали почти ночью после 23.заселили в тесение 10 минут ВСе чисто .красиво.почти идеально Номера большие .есть все!! Утром завтрак в ресторане. блюда на выбор .лучше чем обед Даже 2 вида свежевыжетого сока натуральный кофе .фрукты .овощи.каши .блинчики и т д От метро мах 5 минут ходьбы и до центра города 3-4 остановки Ночью можно выспаться тишина Все рекомендую В следующий раз будем в Киеве.только сюда Цена для такого комфорта реальная!

В послед ночь побежал кондиционер в номере -устранили в течение 15 минут

Отличное местоположение. Реально 2 минуты ходьбы через парк до метро. С балкона номера открывается прекрасный вид на парк. Отель чистый и ухоженный, персонал доброжелателен. Возникшую проблему с кондиционером оперативно решили. Номера большие, со всем необходимым. Великолепные завтраки, меню есть на сайте отеля, поэтому не буду здесь перечислять все что там было, но было вкусно ))) Есть парковка как перед отелем, так и подземная, очень удобно!

Из минусов: почему-то у нас в номере не было тапочек, хотя у соседей были. Холодильник минибара практически не холодит, за 3 часа пиво не остыло... Т.к. на территории отеля находится ресторан с зоной открытых столиков, то в дни футбольных трансляций вечером было шумно.
