Grand Hotel    

Newly renovated, City Centre, spacious apartments, helpful staff, healthy breakfast food. Accept cards or cash, helping on departure with luggage.

No pen or paper in the room. The only one PC for the whole hotel, people queuing in. Breakfast organisation poor - while ample rooms and sq footage, they managed to put not enough tables or chairs, bit congested.

Location and friendliness of staff

Style of breakfast was limited for English tourist, had to boil kettle to make cup of tea. Fridge in room dd not work.

Great facade, but very modest (although clean) rooms. Make no mistake - it is not a luxury hotel, just a budget friendly hotel in the center of the city. The only grandeur is in the name.

Great location in th center of Lviv. Food are amazing and not too far from other great restaurants and local breweries. 1-2 min distance to museums and famous Lviv Opera.

Hotel is well placed

This is rather 3 star qhotel pretending a 4 star.

It is the third time I have stayed at the Grand Hotel this year and have always had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent.

Location is very nice. Easy to walk to the old town. Very accommodating with a request to have a dvd player in the room.

Small rooms. The "suite" was very basic - nothing special. No tv in the bedroom (only in the other room and difficult to see it from the bed). No in-room safe for valuables (like laptop) and safety boxes in the lobby are for keys and wallet only.

The Grand Hotel is in an excellent central location right on Svobody Prospect, the staff are friendly and spoke English, there was no problem checking in as they had all my information, they did not want to keep my passport behind reception which I was pleased about. Rooms are clean, spacious, luxurious and also quiet with double glazing and air conditioning. Breakfast is buffet style and you can sit outside the hotel in the morning and watch the world go by while you're having your morning coffee. The videos on Youtube do not do this hotel justice, it has to be seen to be appreciated, thoroughly recommended.

Right of main street/square

Problems with parking - have to get someone to let you out or in to parking lot which is located out back off narrow driveway. TV was from the 8o's. IT looks impressive but it is not a 4 star.

Unfortunately, there are no refrigirator and tea cattle in the rooms

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel on two separate trips to Lviv and I recommend this hotel to all who travel there. The staff were very pleasant, spoke English well and were very accommodating. The location is magnificent with shopping and all amenities nearby. I will most definitely stay there again when I return to Ukraine.

Друзья єсли едите то небирите никакой техники( резетки только под светильники в номере) либо свет либо подзарядки. Холодильник с телевізором через удленитель. В душе моешсься а такое впечатление Вроде в спальне, дети маленьких если гдето через номер или два кричат то Вроде у вас в номере. Звукоизоляции нет!!!
