Ambiance, service, nothing was too much trouble. You are made to feel very welcome indeed. The staff were incredible. Best of the best!

It was my first time staying in this Hotel and I was totally impressed! The personnel was very professional and they kindly helped me in everything I asked. I can’t judge about other apartments, but mine was perfect!!! Starting with looking-like-new furniture and ending with ideal cleaning (the housemaids managed to do cleaning in my apartment while I was away just for half an hour!). If I’m in Kiev next time, I will definitely stay in this gorgeous hotel again!

The hotel is very central close to metro.Staff very courteous and helpful.The rooms are very clean and spacious.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and intend to come back in the future. Hotel is new (about 1 years old) and very comfortable. Hotel based near metro station, quite centrally located. Atmosphere in hotel is quiet, cosy, accomodating and comfortable. Thank you to polite and quickly responding staff. Hotel's rooms are clean, generously sized and it's furniture is classic. Good restaurants nearby. The service and breakfast are excellent. English is widely spoken in the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Drinking water, tea and coffee at the room for free. Toiletries, wardrobe, slippers. Rich breakfast. Location. The hotel is very close to the metro Olimpiyskaya ( and to the centre), but very quiet inside. It´s very clean in the room, nice comfortable bed. The hotel is small and cosy. Would love to stay there again

Stayed for one nights in March 2013,I was apprehensive about the Greguar Hotel at first , as I read negative reviews too, but none of them were justified at all ! Staff spoke English and were courteous. I got upgraded to a Superior Room on arrival which was a nice touch as I had requested a good room being my first visit etc. Room was recently refurbished and very well equipped. There were bathrobes , slippers, usual amenities shoe shine , toiletries etc etc. The linens were clean, furnishings modern – basically what you would expect from any good European hotel. Room was cleaned every day. Iron was available to borrow

Location was Excellent. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were dealt with promptly and efficiently. After reading earlier reviews we opted for an upgrade when it was offered and ended up on the 7th floor with a city view. The room was made up daily. The bed were delightful after a full day sightseeing. Free coffee, tea and wifi in room were welcome . We found various cafes locally. I cant see you getting better value for money with the size of the rooms at Greguar anywhere else. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend.

The size of the room was excellent as well as the location. Beds were ultra comfy, even better than ours at home!!. Room maid did an excellent job. Staff were pleasant always smiling and family. Situation of hotel ideal for our needs, a subway station 3 minutes walk. Close to center. Free wifi. The price was reasonable also. I loved everything about my stay here and can't wait to come back

Stayed 2 times in the hotel. Great hotel, amazing location. The staff is very nice and professional. Loved the breakfast. Had breakfast in the room as room service. A great option when you are in a hurry. Great with the table and tablecloth, nice selection and details. The room and bathroom was nicely appointed. Also, loved that we always had plenty of towels and robes, slippers. Will be happy to stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is modern and newly restored (photo in www. booking.com is true). It’s situated in one of the main streets (10 minutes walk to Khrechshatic street the most importent street in the city). Near there are cool restaurants such as “Lavanda” (French) and “Kuvshin” (Ukrainian), opposite there is a trendy karaoke bar “Ok” and large shopping center “Olympic”. The hotel provides the rooms with the kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances. Visitors enjoy a delicious breakfast, delivered into the room. High speed WI-FI. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff and good location of the hotel, but just one problem: very small lift and it is a huge problem that it is just the only one for all the hotel.

Great location only 3 minutes walk from the Metro into town, friendly and helpfull staff who spoke good english. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Plasma TV and Wifi in room. It was ideal and great value for money!

Bathroom was a little cold, radiator did not seem to work properly, fridge was a bit noisy too, but overall these were minor issues!

Very good location with main underground station at 5 minutes walking. Excellent and fast free wifi service.

Good location, close to metro station, clean room with all kichen equipment. Definatelly reccomended and I would stay there next time I'm in Kiev. Also, as Kiev is not the chepest city in Ukraine, you can find some good food for very reasonable prices at the same street as the hotel. You have to walk just up the hill and after metro station on your left there is Puzata Hata (Chervonoarmiyska St. 40). It is a chain restaurant (more of a canteen) and you can find those all over city - if you are on the budget, great place to have a meal!

Nothing particular, one thing maybe - shower gel was not for the second day after cleaning

I took the apartment, clean room, nice and functional. Breakfast in the bar at the next door is very good, 100 mt from the metro station.

Price is a bit high. It is not clear what you can order for breakfast at the bar next door, they say everything but I were worried about to pay some extras.

Very comfortable and big Rooms, calm and freindly ambiance, the nearest location from Sports Center, Cafes and Restorants, Metro Station, Shopping Centers.
