Perfect location for Business meetings and easy access to down town restaurants. I was a little confused regarding the allocation of water. Upon arrival there was no water bater bottle in the room, 2nd day a bottle was given but on the third day again no water. Do you offer a daily free bottle of water?

Новая гостиница рядом с центром города. Чистая, аккуратная, красивая. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Вкуснейший и разнообразный завтрак. Мы путешествовали с двухлетней дочкой и остались очень довольны.

Good layout, uryady is all. If you arrived on business, leave some days for walks across Kiev. Unfortunately I had no such opportunity.

отель новый. это его единственный плюс. персонал очень плохо подготовлен к работе. никакого желания что-либо делать, только изображение заботы ) ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ еда по меню (уровень рабочей столовой), завтрак просто нищенский, позорный, непрезентабельный, видимо выкладывается по нескольку дней, все "блюда" можно уместить на одном столе 100*100 см )) Есть и пить реально нечего. Давно такого не видел. После нескольких визитов инженера в номер, кондиционер так и не смогли выключить, в следствие чего я простудился. В номере холодно, нет радиаторов отопления вообще. Сквозняк в алюминиевых окнах. Курить разрешено на улице перед входом )))) Сдувает ) В целом, отель рассчитан на путешественников из украинской глубинки, не более)))

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The room including the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cost of a 1 litre bottle of evian water in the hotel restaurant was £10!!! We only found this out after we got the bill. We raised it with the manager who did give a small discount after we would not let it go, but didn't seem to think there was anything wrong. He said they imported the water so that is why it cost a lot, however missed the point that as we had not been given a drinks menu the staff should have made the cost clear when it is so expensive. Similar problem with the ice cream on another night due to unclear menu but that was sorted out by a different manager who was really helpful. This aside it's a nice hotel so as long as you check prices before ordering everything should be good.

Das Hotel ist niegelnagel-neu und das merkt man! Die Zimmer sind toll, wenn auch vielleicht etwas klein, dafür ist es so sauber, wie es nur sein kann! Das (ziemlich junge) Personal spricht sehr gutes Englisch und ist in jeder Lage sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel fahren! das einzige Manko war die leere Minibar
