The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They all spoke English and helped me in a crisis especially since the airlines lost my luggage. They made all the necessary phone calls to retrieve my belongings. They were great, all the staff. Maybe a little overpriced, but it's probably the best hotel in that city. The breakfast buffet could've been better.

I like rooms very much. They give me even better one that I have aquired. Staff was very friendly.Hotel is safe and clean. Maybe breakfast can be improved. There are many guests from Muslim countries. Maybe they can write which meal contains pork.

I didn't like the caution to leave at the reception to have the debts of the expenses made into the hotel to the room bill. It is a nonsense.

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

Very clean, excellent service, lovely place to stay in. the security was a bit overwhelming. Also, my passport was found in one of the restaurants the day after i got there - it was handed by staff to security, who wanted me to sign saying i had no probelm with the hotel. If i had a problem with the hotel, i would not have returned to stay there a second time. The first being in june 2012, when i stayed for 12 nights. Great hotel - just too much and too unfriendly security.

The staff were really fantastic. They simply could not do enough to help. The showers and baths and complimentry soaps creams etc were all beautifully appointed and functioned excellently. The food in all of the restaurants was magnificent, gym and sauna facilities the same. My bill at the end of the stay was a long one but accurate to the penny. I stayed for 5 nights and expected for the price the sheets would be changed and the room cleaned every day. For some reason they did not change the sheets one day and the coffee stand stood for 2 days dirty without being replenished. I had a word and it was resolved immediately with complimentry chocolates and apologies

I have stayed in many places in the Ukraine, this was by far the best !! It rivals any hotel I have stayed in the us. Great staff, friendly, helpful and english speaking. It was all great or exceeded my expectations ,

This is a fantastic hotel. I normally am not a person who writes lot of review online but it would be unjust to write review from this hotel. The simple reason is I travel a lot around the world and have no time to write. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is good value for money. Shame that I was only there for 2 days.

the best hotel in Kharkiv: comfortable and clean room, nice view from swimming pool on 11th floor, excellent breakfast, center location. I couldn't watch local news, since the only one free TV-channel in Ukraine - TVI wasn't available despite its logo was seen on black screen. It was also weird to charge my card for deposit additional services (1000UAH) at check-in, and then to keep a room's minibar locked during my whole stay.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Kharkiv. Good food, and friendly hotel staff.Room servis is exellent.spa centre, restaurant Pacific spoon.Price is very good. Restaurant "Veranda" on the 4th floor
