very spacious bathroom room - at back - was very quiet

breakfast over priced but we only had it once there are a few nice coffee shops nearby breakfast served in gloomy room next to poker tables!!

Restaurant not as good as prices and to get to it you have to go through casino(Poker). Upgraded but room still kind of small but luxurious.

I booked this hotel for my parents and just for one night. Everything was great - location, interior, facilities. They were happy.

The rooms are ok quite clean and modern. The location is perfect right in the center of Kiev close to shopping and monuments

The staff does not speak and understand English. Reservation staff is unfriendly Breakfast room and buffet is very poor location decoration and quality The sauna facility is useless

I like this location very much, is close distance for everything. Very beautiful area. Nice and friendly staff, houskeeping very polite, breakfast and restaurant is excellent. Bar at the lobby is very good and people work in the lobby very helpful. You are in best location but still very quiet and you not listen anything from outside in the evening. Me and my wife enjoy our staying at this hotel very much and we will tell people about this hotel and we will stay there again when we go to Kiev.

In the city center and close to everything.

Air conditioning was always heating. It was not possible to change to other temperatures. taxi is too expensive.(300grn)

A little bit noisy, you may hear the people walking along the corridor .

Everyday at late afternoon, the internet connection was very bad. Many users, I guess, but not satisfied with that.

Nice room - friendly maids.

Breakfast not big enough choices,eg no fresh fruit,no fresh bread rolls(no rolls). Room was noisy-could hear factory extraction plant-at rear. Room air condition was heating only - NO COOLING !! Rediculous having NOTHING inthe fridge !! (I know this is fairly common, but !!!!) Saturday night last- I was kept up till 4AM by sound of disco beat - Budda Bar?- ruined my Sunday am!!

This is my third journey in Ukraine, in Kiev more precisely. Here is my conclusion: if you are accustomed to western europe standards, if you are accustomed to customer care, if you are accustomed to honesty, if you are accustomed to confidence, and if you are accustomed to get what you paid for (like a breakfast for example; I had to pay for having one more coffee everyday during the breakfast time in the breakfast room), just avoid to do the mistakes I've made, I mean to book a 4/5 stars hotel while hoping you will get a better service than in a lower ranked one. According to me, there is one only way to not be disapointed: book in a basic accord Hotel, or rent an appartment.

Everything was excellent

The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The massages from the salon were good.

The restaurants in the hotel do not allow you to charge other room - that taxes Am Ex. The restaurants don't take Am Ex (American Express). The front desk was not as helpful as one would like.

Internet Wifi available for free.

Location is great. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Many readtaurants near by. Shopping is very close. Room service is nice and quick. Room size for one person is ok but for 2 would be a bit too small.

My room was very hot, I had to keep window open. There was only one mirror which was only in the bathroom. And no mirror in the room at all. There was strong cigarette smoke smell in my room, even though I have asked for non-smoking room (room 103).

No hotel facilities I. Only not pay for anything on my room I had to walk through a metal detector and pass a bouncer to get to the restaurant I was forced to take off my jacket to go for breakfast I booked the hotel taxi but could not pay at reception The price for the at I was 235 to the Airport but when I got there the driver had lost the ability to speak English and gave me no change for 300

Easy access, friendly staff, western accommodations.

Part of the reason we stayed here was because of the indoor pool. However, it is not open to visitors, as it requires a reservation and rental.

LOCATION!!! Nice to get to all destinations and restaurants nearby.

I am writing in English so most people can read this and know what to expect (except the hotel staff as they don't speak English!) To keep it short: no room service (cannot charge on room), no swimming pool (have to pay extra), staff not very professional, have to go through poker club to go to breakfast room, very 'depressing' breakfast (nothing fresh, not much, very local...) Absolutely not up to international standards, I don't recommend this hotel at all!
