Our appartmet was small but cosy and well equiped. It's situated exectly in the center - just 5 min to Mikhailovsky cath., Sophijsky cath. and Independent sq.

it's on the 4th floor... ))))

Cozy and interesting design, location and friendly staff, reasonable price.

Shower organisation in the room was poor, hardly manged to get normal water settings, and despite we asked and made stress that we want a bed, still received unfoldered sofa. Nevertheless, I had beautiful time there.

- It was clean. - decoration was nit, but too many thing in such a small space.

- The location is not on the address indicated at booking.com, that is the office. - The apartment is not easy to find. They don't get you to the apartment, they just give you indications, but then everything is in Cirillic alphabet so you don't understand a thing. - The bed was not a bed, but part of a sofa. - The building is in a very bad condition. - They charged part of the cost in my credit card without asking before the arrival, and I had not accepted that. - Hot water was not enough for two people. We run out of hot water twice. There is not a shower but a spa-bath, and hot water is not enough to fill it even once.

Your listed add was misleading, because it mentioned that the facility had a lift, which it did not and climbing 4 stories of an old heritage building was very difficult every day, secondly no cleaning was done for 4 days in spite of request and complaint of heating was also not attended

The apartment was exactly as expect for its size and for our needs. Perfect for our needs whilst in Kiev for the festive season. The location was perfect for getting around with the metro less than 5 minutes walk away.

The only comment I can give here is that the entrance lobby to the building had no lighting or the bulb had blown (we could not find a light switch and did not pursue this further). This only created problems after dark with going up to the apartment or down.

first they gave us another apartment which is not good enough comparing with what was supposed to be.. then we requested changing it and they accepted it. it was waste of our time

We rent a "deluxe apartment with two rooms", it was pretty nice, but since there is 7 different apartments of the same type, the pictures on the web may be a bit different than it actually is; so do not rent this room if you expect a sauna.

Location was perfect- you can walk to everything - interesting immediate area. We stayed at Bankova 3 - elegant decor, spacious except for small bathroom. Clean towels cost $10 a day extra fyi Airport pick up was excellent - highly recommended

Caution - when renting an apt. Be sure to ask about entry door code and key drop off Be aware - balcony means enclosed sun room

I had a very enjoyable stay in Kiev and I will definitely come back! Kiev Accommodation was very helpful providing a nice apartment in a great location. Not a single bad issue to report!

We spend three days in Kiew during the Euro Final. Main attractions and sights as well as small grocery shops were all in walking distance. The apartment was very luxurious and the staff was very friendly.

Only two pots and two forks in the kitchen, only half-a role of toilet paper, something you don't wanna buy if you just stay a few days. Glasses in the cupboard were little bit dirty.

Literally minutes after making my booking I received a welcome email from the staff at Kiev Accommodation Apartments. They gave me all the information I needed, offered an airport pick-up service and answered any query by email swiftly and efficiently. As my group was already in Kiev at a different location we were able to check in with ease at the company's office, here the staff were very friendly, organised and helpful. The office is situated just off Independence Square and we were walked to our nearby apartment by a member of staff. We were shown the apartment and given a brief run down of the apartment; keys/locks, air-con, TV, washing machine etc. and then left to our own devices for the rest of our stay but reassured that if we needed anything then all we had to do was to call/email. The apartment itself was brilliant; excellent location right in the heart and soul of the city with restaurants and bars on the doorstep, great view of Independence Square from the balcony, clean with all mod-cons, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, large bedroom, sofabeds and even a jacuzzi! Airport transfer upon departure was excellent too; comfortable clean van, friendly driver who turned up early and helped with luggage. Got to airport with no hassle whatsoever. Overall 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Apartment was a bit too nice; should've done more sightseeing but got too comfortable! England losing their Quarter Final to Italy during our stay. Can't have everything I suppose!

City centre location 100m from Independance Square and loads of bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance from main attractions. I would stay there again and recommend to anybody.

удобное расположение в центре города, чистая квартира, очень хороший персонал.

Очень близко расположена.

Нет парковки. Пора бы освежить номер. В описаниях отеля нет понимания в каких конкретно апартаментах посетят( Фото от разных апартаментов перемешаны. Выезжали из города в день проведения международного марафона и долго тыкался в поисках неперекрытой улицы.

Расположение. Планировка квартиры.

Жутко прокуренное помещение. Отсутствие мелочей вроде соли/перца на кухне. Чайник с 2мм слоем накипи. Разряженные батарейки в пультах ДУ.

в центре.вежливо.в квартире есть все(утюг,микроволновка,холодильник итд). хорошее соотношение цена-качество

останавливались на 3 ночи и ничего плохого не было замечено.

Отличное местоположение, удобная система получения ключей. Сотрудники агенства любезно разрешили оставить чемодан у себя в офисе до вечера после 12 часов дня выселения.

Все отлично.

Отличное месторасположение, очень расторопный персонал, чисто, комфортно, большая тихая квартира со всем необходимым (с заказанным номером возникли какие-то нюансы, поэтому быстро и без доплат поселили в номер более высокого класса).
