Location near to airport and Metro system. Large clean rooms with good showers This is my second stay at the Hotel and would be happy to use it again. No Tea or Coffee facilities in the room, available in reception at reasonable cost.

The Hotel was clean and warm, rooms are large and well appointed. Location is good for the airport, 10-15 mins in taxi as it is just off the main route. The hotel is 300 metres from the Metro. ( not used this trip) The main evening restaurant is in a separate building within the grounds, good selection of food. Breakfast is "buffet" style. Tea or coffee is available from the small bar next to reception. Just a niggle, no tea or coffee in the room, mini bar is available.

Good kitchen, nice countryside design The quality of rooms is very poor - doors, electric plugs, bathtube, water supply - everything is done with left leg for one penny. While the price is not cheap at all.

It is totally unsuitable for Fly-in tourists due to its distance from the tourist sites particularly during traffic hours. It can take over 1 hour to get to town. The stated distance from the metro station of 300 m is 'as the crow flies', in reality more like 3000 M.The standard of English and local knowledge is extremly poor. In Kiev u should stay in town,not at the K. Also not overly friendly or helpful. The hotel itself is firstclass,Rooms good, servive,food excellent.

I liked that it was close to the Metro station and transportation into central Kiev was inexpensive. They are about 15 minutes to the airport by taxi. The staff went out of their way to pack me a take-away breakfast when I had to rush to the airport. I thought airport pickup was included, but ended up paying for a round trip taxi fair (about $25 US each way).

Большие просторные номера, очень вкусная еда, приветливый и оперативный персонал. Сосновый лес вокруг, красивая, ухоженная территория. Стоит своих денег. Охраняемая парковка.

Достаточно приветливый персонал. Несоответствие цены и уровня. Очень бедные, постоянно одинаковые завтраки. Невозможность пользования рестораном и иными сервисами на единый счет с оплатой в конце прибывания.

Хорошие как для 3-х звезд завтраки. Невозможно оплатить ресторан и иные услуги единым счетом на номер. Явная экономия при добавлении ванных принадлежностей и даже туалетной бумаги. Высокая стоимость не отвечающая уровню отеля.

Это супер отель европейского уровня с фирменной украинской кухней, все от персоонала до номеров на высшем уровне, отель на 4 звезды, хотя заявлено три.!!!

Nicht weit vom Flughafen, 15 Min. fahrt. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zimmer trotzt der Straßennähe ruhig. Frühstück auch o.k

чистота, отношение персонала, качество еды. купил люкс. единственный в отеле. не дешево. было неприятно обнаружить неисправный слив в ванной (сообщил на рецепшен - не починили), отсутствие возможности самостоятельно пользоваться климатом, отсутствие утюга указанного в описании, завтрак до 10 это неудобно. на отдыхе нет желания просыпаться раньше 10. результат - 2 дня недосыпа. отсутствие в номере информации о возможности заказа еды и напитков в номер. WiFi не работает в летнем кафе - а ведь можно было сидя на свежем воздухе с пивом/чаем поделиться с друзьями эмоциями от отдыхе.

Blisko lotniska Boryspol , ale już w granicach Kijowa 5 minut na piechotę od pierwszej od stacji metra, ładny zielony teren, czyste pokoje... Brak możliwości "wzięcia" przetransferowania na pokój usług gastronomicznych (restauracja , bar) I opłacić wszystko na koniec pobytu.
